"Excellent location close in a quiet neighbourhood very near the station. Very good value with warm, welcoming and helpful staff. The only problem for some may be that there is no lift but the staff offered to help carry my large suitcase up the stairs for me which fortunately was unnecessary in my case. Next time I'm in Narbonne I will certainly stay here. "

"The hotel was unmanned we were late arriving and tired we had travelled all day we didn’t find the. Procedure to check in very easy and then we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights. Had we known this we would not of booked. Staff were there the next day and were very helpful"
