Perfect!

We had a great day in Narbonne! Wonderful apartment in the historic part of town. It was a perfect place for me, my wife and daughter. We really loved it!

It wqas great - nice property, spacious for the price, clean and tidy, down a cute little street, just a short walk from the cathedral, central square etc. The host sent really clear and helpful communications, check in and out was smooth and easy.

The location was superb. 15 minute walk from the train. Close to the canal, the tourist office, the cathedral. Ver clean, had everything we needed. Loved the shower. Historic area, great to explore! Carrefour across the street for groceries and wine. Bus stop nearby. It is 2 floors up, very old narrow staircase if that’s a thing, no problem for me and a carryon. Would book again!

Leider hat uns der Check-in Vorgang etwas den Beginn des zweitägigen Aufenthalts erschwert. Eine Einladung zur Gruppenteilnahme vom Eigentümer, der als solcher nicht erkennbar war, kurz vor offiziellem Check-in Termin, fanden wir ungünstig, zumal ich ihn am Abend vorher per E-Mail kontaktiert und um Rückmeldung gebeten hatte. Die anschließende "Hilfe" der Agentur erfolgter nur über KI und war nicht hilfreich!!!So etwas geht besser, wie wir zuvor in den Pyrenäen mit einer sehr aufmerksamen Vermieterin erfahren durften. Dafür gibt es doch das FeWo-direkt-Portal!Das Besteck in Narbonne haben wir vorsichtshalber vor Benutzung abgewaschen, es wirkte nicht sehr sauber. Geschirrhandtuch gab es nicht, ebenso haben wir Teekanne und scharfe Messer vermisst.Die Lage ist prima!Also insgesamt noch Luft nach oben!
