Comfortable sun loungers and outdoor kitchen with grill, a bar and a dining table set leave nothing to wish for. In the colder winter month, the new pool heater ensures pleasant pool temperatures (additional cost of $ 15 per day for the pool heater) The house has a modern, well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room. In the living room there is a 55" TV and internet access. The master bedroom with direct access to the pool is furnished with a king-size bed and a 32' TV. The spacious master bathroom has a double sink, a separate tub and shower. All very spacious. The toilet is separated. Attached is a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom, also with direct access to the pool area, is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and television. The third bedroom in friendly beach colors has two twin beds. The house has a spacious garage. Beach chairs and beach towels, as well as pool toys are available. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 6 guests. Briarwood is a very nice quiet 24 hour gated community with a clubroom, two community pools, one of which is an Olympic size pool. Sports facilities include beach volleyball, basketball, tennis and pickel ball, a children's playground and many opportunities for long or short walks. The community is centrally located in Naples and you can reach all shopping facilities within 5 to 10 minutes by car. The popular 5th Avenue with its variety of shops and great restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes. The gorgeous Gulf of Mexico is only 5 miles away.
