Equivoco ou Roubo

Considero o hotel com uma qualidade mediana, ate ao momento de fazer o chech-out. Nesse momento foi-me solicitado o pagamento da estadia, apesar de ter efetuado o seu pagamento no momento que efetuei a reserva, Disseram que a reserva nao estava paga. Conclusao, paguei duas vezes a estadia. Ja efetuei a reclamaçao deste roubo ou equivoco.

너무 친절하고 깨끗한 곳

비앤비식 호텔이라 오픈도어가 아니라 벨을 누르고 엘리베이터를 타고 올라가서 문을 열어줘야 들어갈 수 있는 곳입니다. 나갈때는 룸키를 반납해야하고요. 그런 단점빼면 정말 너무도 친절하고 깨끗하고 위치도 좋은 곳이었습니다. 직원분 모두가 굉장히 친절하셨어요. 한분은 제가 공항가는 버스가는 곳을 묻자 퇴근하시는 길인지 직접 같이 가주시기까지하셨어요. 숙소 근처에 흑인들이 너무 많아 무섭긴한데 나폴리가 뭐 전체적으로 무서운 곳이다보니. 카프리섬에서 나와 공항가기 전 휴식하며 짐정리하기 정말 좋은 곳이었습니다

Le quartier est très mal famé,nous nous sommes fait agressés en arrivant à l’hotel A 10h du matin! L’entrée Hall pour accéder à l’hotel Est insalubre et pas rassurant de tout mais une fois sur le bonne étage l’entrée De l’hôtel Très joli il n’y A seulement que 5 chambres.le petit dej est à l’entrée a la réception pas de table .il faut prendre son petit dej dans sa chambre, une chaise pour une chambre de 3 personnes.la taxe de séjour annoncée par expédia à 2€ mais sur place écrit 2€ barré et à côté 2,50€ ...le linge de toilette sent très mauvais le vinaigre..bref hôtel joli accueil agréable très bruyant ne parle pas français pas très loin de la gare mais ne pas rentrer tard le soir et restez très vigilant

temiz odalar iyi konum

Otel dışarıdan bakınca eski bir bina olarak görünüyor ama içi yenilenmiş oldukça şık dizayn edilmiş konforlu ve rahat odalara sahip, personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü, kahvaltı veriyorlar çok fazla çeşit yok ama bence yeterli, konum olarak iyi bir bölgede, napoli merkez tren istasyonuna çok yakın, aynı zamanda metro istasyonuna da çok yakın

Comfortable little hotel.. shame about the area

I am a very frequent traveller and have been in all sorts of places and stayed in all ranges of hotels.. I really wouldn’t recommend staying in this area at all.. very unsafe.. the hotel itself was small but comfortable and did the trick.. friendly staff..
