Amazing variable speed HVAC system. No blow, super silent systems delivering purified air.

Sloped pool exceeding 5’9” in depth. Just 3 miles from 5th Ave S/Naples Old Town. High quality furniture & beddings. Beddings replaced every 24 months (last replacement Nov/24).

Xfinity 125+ Channel (Living-, and Master-bedroom). Super fast WiFi with up to 1,200 Mbps. All 5 TV’s have Netflix and other streaming apps preinstalled.

- Pool Service: weekly for 20-30 minutes
- Lawn Service: bi-weekly for 30-45 minutes

Your presence is not required and all work will solely performed outside the home including the lanai.

The attic and the garage are not accessible.

Wonderful family vacation

Had a great stay at this location, the house is beautiful and well maintained, great screened in pool. It is right on a canal so fun to watch for fish and otters. The kitchen is large and was perfect for cooking a few dinners and lunches during the trip without bumping into each other.
