Not much to look at from the outside but once you’re inside it’s great! Rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and we ate it on their beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city. Bar prices are very reasonable and it’s a short walk to the central train station. Staff were friendly and super helpful.

When me and my friend stayed here we had the absolute best service and best accommodation, enjoyed every moment. Staff ensured we stayed safe in Naples as well which me and my friend especially appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in naples.

The property and the staff are great. The breakfast selection is excellent. The surrounding area is not very pleasant but no fault to the hotel. The only thing needed is a shower door or curtain in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very friendly and the place was funky and clean. Comfy beds, the breakfast was amazing. We loved the hot tub but it wasnt very warm which was the only disappointment of the stay. Great views and location.

A great place to stay within the city. Lots of food options, easy access to subway or taxi being near Garibaldi station. The interior is very updated. The rooms were nice. Amazing views from rooftop. Delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. The hotel was located on the 6th floor, accessed by a lift. Room was comfortable but toiletries were scarce and there was no teabags/coffee despite there being a kettle and cups. Breakfast was plenty and had a great variety.

The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. The area is conveniently located to the Napoli Centrale train station which means it comes with a noisy and dirty area of Naples. The corridors are echo-y and loud and the rooms are quite bright because the light from the corridor stays on all night. We had a bathroom with the shower open to the toilet so after using the shower, the toilet and floor around the toilet were soaked. We used our daily allotment of towels to soak up the water in order to use the toilet.

The people make this property (and the views). There are plenty of gluten free options at breakfast and the restaurant is a very nice place to have dinner. The location is perfect, if you want to settle down with your feet up and enjoy the breeze, far away from the town. The town is a 400 staircase, a long walk along a narrow roadway or a very expensive cab ride away.

Food and rooftop dining is outstanding! The staff is attentive and available. Location is convenient for the train and bus, but the area around the station is less attractive and very busy. Noise might be an issue for some. The only things which could really improve the stay is better bedding (sheets and a blanket) and better sound proofing. Overall, an excellent stay.

I’m a female solo traveller and loved my stay at Sweet Sleep. It was a short taxi ride from the airport but also a 1 min walk from the train station, so very well connected. The staff were lovely and attentive. I read the reviews and took earplugs for sleeping but other than that, I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The beds were so comfy, the shower powerful. The rooftop was perfect with lots of wine choices and lovely outdoor showers and seating post hot tub dip. I’ve already recommended to friends.

Rooftop B&B with nice views and excellent and big breakfast options… street side signage was poor and room was hot since AC was turned off when we arrived… after turning AC on it took 30 minutes before the room was comfortable. The room was 1 floor below reception and we were given a set of 4 keys for the various doors

Sweet Sleep is a hidden gem! Once you find the entrance and navigate the tiny elevator, you end up in a lovely, safe area atop the busy downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and have the basics, but it’s the rooftop patio that sets it apart - like a mini resort overlooking the city. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it’s bringing snacks, explaining how the metro works or just making you feel at home. Get a limoncello spritz, chill in the hot tub or eat at the restaurant - it’s all there, while still small enough to feel cozy. Naples can be dizzying, and this place makes sense of it all. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel & staff and fantastic roof terrace

The roof terrace was definitely the best part of the hotel, we were so thankful to have the jacuzzis to cool off with after a long day in the sun. The staff were so helpful and any issues were resolved quickly and without fuss. They were also really kind and gave amazing recommendations. The room wasn’t huge, however that suited really well because we spent most time out exploring. We had air con and a fridge to keep some snacks and drinks in. Would definitely return here again. It was also very well placed to reach different places, very accessible.
