Great location

Can’t beat this location for a Naples stay without breaking the bank. Easy walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. It’s an older property, but fit our needs perfectly. We spent most of our time outdoors anyway. Check-in/check-out was super easy. We would stay again.

Perfect Accommodations!

We’ve stayed at the Mariner property several times and this particular VRBO accommodation did not disappoint! Provides everything that’s needed for a pleasurable stay. Highly recommend.

Great location

We have stayed in this complex several times. The location is perfect. The complex is very nice and quiet. This unit was nice. The one bathroom is extremely small but we only had two people in our party so it was not an Issue. It was clean and perfect for a short stay in Naples

Location, location!

A few days away no kids it was such a perfect location. Across the street from the beach! Walk to our favorite coffee shops and restaurants and a short drive to the famous 5th ave. The condo Was pretty small compared to what we are used to but if you’re going to spend most of your time on the beach then this doesn’t matter. The condo and property seem a bit older but for the location I would 100 % come back. Plus the beach chairs and towels was perfect.

Great location!

Our stay was great! Location was a few blocks from friends and walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. Will stay here again.

Fantastic Stay in Naples – Perfect Location & Condo

Our stay at this VRBO rental in Naples was absolutely perfect! The condo had everything we needed and beautifully maintained, making it the ideal home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the stylish decor to the comfortable furnishings to all the beach gear like chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler.The location couldn’t be better—just steps to the beach, right near 3rd Street’s fantastic dining and shopping, and only a mile walk to the vibrant 5th Avenue. We loved being able to start our mornings with a beach stroll and end our evenings exploring all that Naples has to offer.A huge shoutout to our amazing host, Kristin! She was so friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Her hospitality truly made a difference.If you’re looking for a charming place in an unbeatable location, this is it! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Naples Vacay

Wonderful location! Three minute walk to the beach. Five minute walk to 3rd Avenue shops and restaurants. Unit is mostly updated. Kristen, the manager, was very responsive and solved our internet issue quickly. Prime location!!

Exquisite LOCATION!!

The condo is perfectly located in Naples. One block from the beach and 2 blocks from lovely restaurants and shops on Third! Kristin, the owner, was very easy to reach with any questions we had. The assigned condo parking space was very convenient. The photos very accurately show the condo- well represented!!

Love it here!

This was our second time staying in this unit, as we love the location of it (in the building itself and the close proximity of it to the beach and 3rd St). The unit is fabulous and fully stocked with everything you need. The owner, Kristin, is very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spring Break 2022

Always great to stay at the Mariner in Naples. Cannot beat the location. Our teenagers love being able to walk everywhere.

Disappointed!

The location is the best thing about this place. It would have been a lot better if cleaned properly especially in the kitchen. Old moldy food was inside the silverware tray, and the coffee pot was filthy. We also had a lot of ants in the kitchen, hallway, large bathroom and bedroom. The larger bathroom had a lot of black mold on the inside of the sliding door for the tub. There was mold and hair on the wall as well.

Naples Mariner Condo

This is a great condo in Old Naples. The beach is a block away, 3rd Street restaurants are a 2 minute walk - very safe, very bright. The condo is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, beautiful linens. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

Old Naples Beach

Great location for beach time. Great restaurants and shopping within a 5 minutes walk. Surprised to see that all garbage including recyclables had to be dumped in the same container which was located in the parking lot behind the common pool area.

Best location you’ll find in Naples

Location is everything and this is the place. Walk to everything including beach, shops, and dining in Old Naples. Add in a pool, lush courtyard, and cool architecture vibes of a 60’s hotel and you can’t ask for much more. Kristin is a great host and very quickly took care of a couple small things for us on check-in. Highly recommended!
