A lovely, quiet place directly across the street from the magnificent Herculanium ruins archeological park in Ercolano. Plenty of restaurants around and; a nearby surburban train stop which brings you to central Naples in roughly 15-20 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay at Ruins BnB. It was the perfect spot to unwind for two days and see Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii. Nice free breakfast, and very cute common area. The area was quiet. Not much to do in the evening, but it was perfect for two nights.

Fin hotel. Nice rooms and good location. If you wants to eat and dring in the evening. There are limited places in the city of ercolano - there are some. The hotel i what you see is what you get. And the location is nice. We used the airport transfers.

Comfortable place to stay for Pompei

It was easy to access from the local train from Naples and a 6 block walk. Ercolano is a nice little town and right across the street from an entrance to the Heracleum. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The train runs from there to Pompei as well as to Naples.

A lovely stay

A fantastic little hotel. Perfect location to explore the sights around the coast (train). Ercolano itself very small, quiet, and Italian. Hotel very clean and relatively spacious room for three adults too. Staff willing to support with anything asked. Breakfast was great for setting you up for the day and table service was offered for coffees.

The hotel is very close to the Herculaneum ruins and in between two train stations. The breakfast was simple, but perfect for our needs. The staff here was amazing, they helped us find a bus to Vesuvio, let us store our bags, and helped us get our luggage up and down the stairs with the maintenance elevator. The little sitting area outside is very cute.

Literally across the street from archway entrance to Herculaneum (not ticket office- if taking taxi make sure they know otherwise they drop you at ticket office). Entrance to B&B is same as Hotel Herculaneum so a little confusing the first time. Very walkable to Vesuvius tour, train to Naples & Pompeii, and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and rooms are very clean. Would stay here again

It is a reasonable hotel, however very small, location is ok but again trains to and from naples run every half an hour and it is a 25 min journey. It is 40 mins to pompeii and over an hour to sorrento. The hotel is a good 10 min walk from station The staff are good and the breakfast good albeit continental only

Signage to the property can be confusing.The reception staff are very helpful as with all the staff.The room was maintained daily, all in all had a great experience The Herculaneum can easily be seen from the breakfast room.

It is in a great location opposite Herculaneum ruins and at the bottom of the high street with lots of restaurants and shops and only 15 minutes walk to a volcanic beach. Pompeii also Naples accessible by train just watch train times stopping at Herculaneum as they’re infrequent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The roof terrace was lovely and relaxing. Breakfast was simple but sufficient (would have liked some fruit.) The room was spotlessly clean - there are electric shutters which we didn’t find till the last day! Air con and excellent Wi-Fi throughout.

The room was adequate for our requirements; the staff were helpful; the room was cleaned and towels relaced daily (thank you). The only issues were that the hot water was very hit and miss; the bed was awful (you heard everyone in the place if they turned over during the night); you could hear conversations from other rooms quite clearly (I must mention that I'm partially deaf). However, I did not choose for and pay for luxury, I chose for proximity to Herculaneum and public transport links and for this, it was perfect.
