  • This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is Immaculate! Beautifully updated large granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Italian porcelain tile throughout kitchen, living areas and bedrooms. This home offers a king bed, a queen and 2 twins. The Master bedroom’s on-suite offers a deluxe shower with a dual rain and shower-head and his/hers sinks . This home features an amazing outdoor kitchen with Viking grill, stove top, outdoor refrigerator and TV. Perfect for outdoor entertaining; designed for chef. The custom design pool and hot tub/spa is surrounded by a spacious yard for your relaxation. The pool and spa are equipped with LED lights which will enhance the nighttime atmosphere for romantic outdoor dining and or entertainment. Take a walk to the Venetian Village and visit the restaurants which offer fine dining on the water and many upscale shops to visit. Bring the family and enjoy the pristine private white sands beach of Naples. Golf, tennis and pickle ball are minutes away. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

    Additional amenities include:
    Owner has included a free pass to the “Private” entrance to Park Shore Beach with access to bathrooms and shower facilities. Free parking.

    An additional feature includes a 2 car garage with separate air conditioning unit so you won't have to get in a hot car on Vacation.

Great place

It was a pleasure staying at this house for our January getaway! We spent a lot of time in the pool! The bikes were super handy for getting to the beach and light shopping!

COVID escape

Had a great time with some friends and family at this house in Park Shore. The location is great and the pool and hot tub are amazing! Easy to use and heat — and gets sun virtually all day. They also have bikes to use which are super convenient given the nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor kitchen area is great—perfect for grilling and eating outside! The WiFi extends out into the yard and outdoor kitchen which is really nice too. Staying for a month, I wish they had had more live tv options (it’s really mostly streaming options but three good tv’s) but with trying to escape the cold and coming to Naples it’s not like I was watching much tv anyway. Would definitely recommend and hope to come again!

Location, location

Loved being so close to shopping and restaurants. Pool was perfect as the beach did not open till the last 4 days of our stay. Outdoor patio and tv were used for our sports fans. Quiet neighborhood!!!

Great home and location

We enjoyed our stay at this Park Shore home. The backyard is beautiful and private and the home is clean and comfortable. It’s in a great neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The owners, Jennifer and John were easy to work with and responded right away to any questions or small issues we had. We would rent this home again and recommend it to others.

Summer vacation 2022

Had a fantastic vacation in villa May/June 2022. Property was as listed. Excellent location for walking & cycling and close to lots of shopping and dining. Villa was immaculate and really appreciated the starter pack with cleaning items/ water etc. that was in property on our arrival. Pool & garden area was well looked after and we made good use of the outside dining/kitchen area. Jennifer , our host , was quick to reply to any queries.

Just Perfect!!

We had an amazing time staying at Jennifer and John's wonderful vacation getaway! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was immaculate and entire property so well maintained. Could not have asked for a better scenario with location, the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and wonderful inside kitchen. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond to any question. We will be back!!

Great location

We rented this house for 5 weeks and it was a perfect location. We lived in Naples for along time so we picked this area for access to the beach and to be close to 5th and 3rd for some of our favorite Restaurants. John and Jennifer were incredible hosts, whenever we had a concern or question they responded right away.

Really nice home, and great backyard with a Mango tree

Well kept property that was comfortable to live in, with newer appliances. We really enjoyed the pool, which is a necessity in July.

Wonderful!!

This is just what my family needed…a great getaway! The home was in a perfect location to get to all of our favorite local spots and most importantly the beach! The two things that stood out the most was the cleanliness of the home and the backyard! The backyard was a complete oasis…very clean pool; plenty of seating to relax and the outdoor kitchen was awesome! Jen was so easy to connect with and accommodating to our needs, quick to respond! We can’t wait to be back!

Great Getaway

This property is clean and very spacious. We particularly enjoyed the very private backyard, pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. The owner, Jennifer, was prompt in replying to any question, and was very helpful when we had an issue. We enjoyed walking around the Park Shore area and looking at all the beautiful landscapes and houses. Parking at the beach was easy with the pass to the Park Shore beach provided by the owner. We went to the Village shops and restaurants many times (a very convenient 20 mn walk away). We also had fun walking and kayaking at the surrounding state parks, and loved seing all the wildlife. Overall a very enjoyable two months.
