Central AC, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walk to the shops and restaurants on 5Th Ave and 3Rd St. The beach is only 6 blocks away. Locally managed property with very attentive owners here to help with your stay. This is a 55+ community. Primary guest must be 55 years of age. No pets. Longer stays encouraged, please inquire about long term rates. Designated parking spot for the unit.

Good location. Short walk to farmers market on Saturday & restaurants, shops, & beach. Host was fantastic! Great arrival info & even supplied us with a bottle of wine & homemade sourdough bread!
