Hotel is in a convenient location to shopping and dining with transportation near by. The beauty of Napoli is it’s a vibrant city with that in mind our hotel room was not quiet so that’s to be considered if you want a quiet room. Bathroom was old and in poor repair with broken parts, no toilet seat. No hot water and when we asked for some bottled water the staff said yes but never stocked our room.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed the location and the friendly staff. It was small which I loved. The beds were very very hard- and that may be an American thing. But the air conditioning was awesome!

Only recommended this property because is nearby to city center, train station. Ferry port and restaurants and bars. But this property looks apartments and they don’t have 24 hours front desk services. Is very small. Whe have to wait in the streets for someone to open the doors for us because we arrived after 7:00 pm. And the door was closed

This facility named as a “hotel” but it was like a hostel or motel, no lobby, no front desk staff, pictures in the description is very misleading. Place was located on a dirty Main Street, garbage everywhere and felt unsafe to walk after 9 pm . A.c didn’t work, safe deposit box didn’t work, we have to carry our valuables everywhere. This facility charged us similar to standard 3 to 4 star hotel price in the area with but service of a hostel. My family was very uncomfortable. Expedia should have a policy to name a facility a hotel as this is very misleading.

There was no service. It was difficult to get a hold of someone to check in and not possible to get a hold of someone to check out. We had to leave keys with the cleaning staff. There was no one in the front desk. The place seemed more like a hostel, we heard everyone in the other rooms, they gave us keys to the building to get in the hotel since they don’t have a person there at all times. If you need toilet paper or anything you can’t get it because there is no one there! Instructions to get in the building or find the hotel was not in the website or this app. Neighborhood was sketchy but it was near a transportation hub. Would not stay here again.

The overall stay at this hotel was just okay. The ac in the room barely worked and the room never got cold. The shower had mold in it. One of the wooden panel's on the window was broken and there was a huge piece of wood on the floor. When I asked the receptionist for any dinner recommendations she shrugged and said maybe pizza. In addition, 2 members of our group left early in the morning while I stayed back with a friend. The cleaning person didn’t knock and just tried to walk in on us (it was still very early in the morning-8am)! Also- the Wi-Fi did not reach our room (which was basically right next to the from desk). Location was fine and they were able to schedule taxi pick up for us.

Muito bom!

Hotel muito bem localizado, dava para fazer todos os pontos turísticos a pé, além de ser bem próximo da estação de trem. No geral o quarto era muito bom e o atendimento também.

Hatten uns von der Unterkunft mehr erwartet. Keine Badewanne, obwohl ausdrücklich gewünscht. Wir konnten mit der Reinigungskraft reden, sie war sehr sympathisch. Den Rezeptionist haben wir einmal kurz gesehen und sonst nicht. Total laute Umgebung, Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Würde es nicht empfehlen.

Great location in the city centre so great to explore Naples city centre. Naples city centre may have a bad reputation, but I believe it is OK now, and we enjoyed walking around as a family. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is small and we had the bedroom right next to the reception desk which is not ideal for privacy as I am sure the receptionist and guests can hear what's going on in the room from the reception... The breakfast was OK but not the best I have seen in hotel considering the price of the room, but I believe the area is quite expensive so...

L'accueil sympathique nous a déjà fait apprécier le charme de Naples. Chambres modernes, propres et confortables dans un immeuble classique bien situé. Deux plus à relever: des amis qui n'y logeaient pas ont pu laisser leurs bagages et le petit-déjeuner avec croissants a été avancé pour être à l'heure à l'aéroport. Bon rapport qualité-prix. A conseiller sans hésitation.
