Spacious lanai overlooking a small park, a boat ramp, and Naples Bay. Amenities include a tiki bar, swimming pool shared by all condos, a child's wading pool, a hot tub (also shared), bicycles to ride to the beaches or into town. This is a ground-floor unit. Well-maintained! Parking in front of building.
