firist of all the hotel which you advertising is not existing,we arrived at 8 evening and we got taxi ,and than we went there,it was closed, than there was noticed and we changed and please go this address, we came to the address and we saw trouble hotel, poor service, 😡

Goede kamer, met airco en een badkamer, checkin was 24h mogelijk en receptie was 24h open. Geen restaurantvoorzieningen, al met al goed voor 1 nachtje!

Stayed in the spa suite and didn’t use the spa as it had knobs missing and was dirty. Check out was at 10am not 11. In a very sketch neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable though.

Great but

The restaurant was closed for the season, but the staff ordered us pizza and added cutlery and glasses and brought the food to our room. We paid for the meal at check out. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. We chose the hotel based on their website and other reviews. The room was as advertised. Its a five minute drive to the airport. The neighborhood didn't appear to be desirable, but that is typical Naples.

Very dissatisfied, and the outside of the building looks terrible. Avoid getting locked in the car park (by the automatic gate) as you'll have to climb a 7 foot fence to get help. Very poor

Clean but a bit creepy.

Nice and clean hotel with clean beds and good shower, but i must say that it was also creepy. Night time it was a gang of guys in the lobby knowing the receptionist. Didnt really understand what they were doing, hanging, smoking? The cleaning lady was angry cause we used the terrace.. didnt really understand why. Wifi wasnt working in room even tho we had room just beside the lobby where it worked.

The receptionist , a young lady checked us in, she was lovely. We were there for one night only. That night my husband d requested a wake up call for 4 am on the 17th as we were catching a 7 am flight No wake up call was made and when we left the room and looked for the front desk clerk to order a cab for us at 4.30 am. There was nobody there. We had to look for him, and found his sleeping g in the staff room On your website you display their property with a round bed and a 4 star property. That room is a one only suite at the hotel. We got a double bed room,which was ok but the surrounding ding area of the hotel is full it’s garbage on the street and very run down. The property does not warrant 4 stars. We were tempted to cancel the reservation and go elsewhere. It we would ha e to pay for one night Disappointed

Extremely dirty neighborhood. Trash everywhere in the streets. There are beautiful neighborhoods in Naples bur where this hotel is located is trashy, ghetto and I’d even say unsafe. Trash bin in the bathroom had not been changed at check in. We found hair on the sheet. A loose plastic cover was on the bed. The sofa was not even vacuumed and you could see debris and dust. Extremely disappointed. If Expedia rates this a 4 star hotel, then I feel very sorry for it. This hotel is not recommended if you are in Naples. Don’t be fooled by the posh pictures like I was a SB try to save money.

Später Check in war möglich ohne Probleme jedoch sind die Zimmer(Badezimmer) in keinem guten Zustand mehr und die Zimmer sind sehe klein. Für das Frühstück um nur 4 Euro pro Person kann man sich nicht beschweren. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung

Riktigt dåligt!

Vi hade bokat hotellet i tron om att det var 4-Stjärnigt eftersom det var klassat som det på hotels.com och att det låg i närheten av flygplatsen. När vi kommer in på hotellet så ser det ut som vi kommit in på en bordell. Det är svart/silver tapeter växlat med röda textiltapeter i foajén och korridorerna. Inga fönster. När vi kommer in på hotellrummet så möts vi av röda textiltapeter och flera stora speglar runt sängen. Efter att ha ätit en god middag (maten var bra) på restaurangen vars luftkonditionering bar sönder (det var 40 grader i Neapel den dagen), så gick vi ner till vårt rum igen. Då var en av väggarna helt vattenskadad. Den var helt blöt och det rann ut vatten på golvet. Rummet luktade mögel och jordkällare. Hotellets var dåligt isolerat. Området de låg på bar riktigt tråkigtoch man vågade knappt gå ut. Det fanns ingen affär att handla förfriskningar på etc. Vi bad om ett annat rum, men hotellet var fullbokat. Vi bad om kompensation från hotellet men de hänvisade till Expedia. Däremot så gav de oss 50% avdrag på maten. Skulle aldrig rekommendera detta hotellet! Personalen var däremot hjälpsam så gott det gick.

여향일정의 갑작스런 변동으로 무료로 숙박한 곳이었습니다. 친절한 서비스를 받았으나 방의 상태, 숙박설명에 있었던 미니바는 없었지만, 잠시묵고가는데에는 큰 지장은 없었습니다. 공항으로 가기전 택시를 무료로 불러주는 서비스는 괜찮았던것 같네요.

Please give this place a miss....

I’m sorry, I don’t normally do reviews but the experience of this hotel was so horrendous I feel it is important to let others know that in. O way will this hotel live up to your expectations. If you are expecting a cheap close to airport hotel...it is neither. 11 Euro taxi ride away! If you are expecting great design, as that is in the title, it isn’t. If you are expecting a dark, seedy, unclean, uncomfortable room with unfriendly service and basic food, then this is for you. And the location is in the dirtiest, noisiest, polluted and potentially dangerous location far from any facilities that you may require, such as shops or restaurants. I will leave it to you....
