This is a basic hotel, a bit quirky as to get to the 2nd floor, you go outside of reception, round the corner and access is inside the apartment building. It was fine, all locked securely, good decor, just a bit weird!

They guide us to a different area (50 meters away) of the main Casablanca hotel. We were send to Hotel Siri / Stella residence which the elevator (circa 1920) did not function the 2nd day of stay. No internet available. I would consider a 1 star hotel. Economical price (apr 2025 CAD 359./night) but not recommended.

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent booking experience. The property was advertised to include two beds, but upon arrival, only one bed was provided. Additionally, we were taken to a different location within the building than originally indicated and were told we had no choice but to accept the accommodation offered. This situation felt coercive and unacceptable—akin to being held without options. It was a clear misrepresentation of the booking, and I believe it constitutes fraudulent behavior. I am requesting a full refund, and I strongly urge Expedia to review and reconsider listing this property to prevent similar experiences for future customers. This experience was, in essence, a scam, and I hope appropriate action will be taken.

Hotel was not what we expected at all. Taken from the foyer out into the street, around a corner and then through a building site to another building. Room was in an apartment block. Smelt of stale smoke and was unclean. Nothing like what was in the photographs. No way this was a 3* establishment. The one plus side, it did have a working aircon unit. This is one to avoid.

The worst hotel we stayed at. This place was miserable. First off, they moved us to a nearby hotel without advising us. The manager said their AC was "broken". Which we later saw in the reviews is a lie and uses often. He said since we are staying for one night, its okay. We tried to negotiate but he did not want to budge. The hotel was scary and sketchy. Not clean either and no wifi as advertised. AVOID.

L'hotel è ubicato vicino ai mezzi pubblici, è molto pulito e di recente ammodernamento, ma è scarso nell'arredamento. Validissimo per un soggiorno breve, con un alto rapporto qualità prezzo. Intorno alla struttura ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi, ma la zona purtroppo non è bellissima.

Primeiramente não conseguiram achar nossa reserva. Meu marido precisava ir ao banheiro, porem informaram que deveríamos aguardar o check in, pois só tinha banheiro no quarto. No dia seguinte, precisavamos ficar mais 1 ou 2 noites, mas nao tinham a maquininha de cartão. Fomos a Pompeia e quando retornamos, o valor era outro, bem acima do acordado. Decidimos pagar apenas uma noite. Apos o pagamento, outra pessoa foi ao quarto cobrar a estadia e tivemos que provar que já tinhamos efetuado o pagamento. De qualquer forma, o hotel tem uma boa localização e nosso agradecimento especial ao funcionario Bilal por toda a assistencia e profissionalismo.

Vond het een prima hotel verder als je er bent voor overnachting en ontbijt. Alleen het gebrek aan het engels spreken was soms nogal moeilijk vooral tegen de eigenaar van het hotel en de schoonmaaksters. Vind wel als je een hotel runt dat je beschikt over meerdere talen dan alleen Italiaans. Verder is het prima troeven daar. Fijn dichtbij het centraal station en bezienswaardigheden.

Piccolo hotel tipico di quelli vicini alle stazioni ferroviarie. Personale nella media, pulizia non in sintonia con un tre stelle. La colazione rientra nella sufficien za. La posizione della struttura per via della vivacità della cittadina fa sì che non sia insonorizzata, pero', è ottima per muoversi appiadati per raggiungere l vari punti d'interesse storico, culturale e non meno enogastronomico.
