地下鉄の最寄駅から歩いてすぐのアクセス、フロントの方のわかりやすい英語、清潔な部屋、そして何より朝食が美味しかったです。こぢんまりとしていましたが、口に合うものばかりで、有意義に過ごせました。カプリ島の"青の洞窟"に行くために宿泊しましたが、フロントでその話をすると、天候や運行状況を調べていただけました。ナポリを訪れる際はまた宿泊したいです。

Nice hotel centrally located in Naples. Our room and bathroom were very small but it was clean, modern and had a nice little balcony overlooking the street below. The hotel has an elevator and the adequate breakfast was served on a terrace on the top floor.

We had a great experience during our 5 days stay. The whole staff was very kind and helpful in particular Michel at the front desk. We enjoyed our breakfast. Rosallea was very friendly, always squeezed fresh orange juice and brought to our table. The room was very clean and walking distance to Centro Histórico and plenty restaurants in the area.

Great location, clean hotel and room. Easily walkable from the train station and ferry port, with all of your tourist locations in walking distance too. Bathroom could do with updating soon but apart from that, lovely stay!

This was probably the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.. staff was very rude all of them except one man and I don’t remember his name. The staff acted like we were inconveniencing them if we asked a question… as in giving us a “sigh” …. one was even vaping during breakfast while working. There were ants in the room and toilet was not cleaned when we checked in. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. I don’t know how they stay in business with such rude staff!

The hotel itself was fine for a few nights. The bed was quite comfortable and the AC was good. The bathrooms are tiny, even for European standards. The staff was awful. Everyone we encountered seemed very irritated to have to do their job. If we asked for something, it was obvious we were bothering them but if we tried to get something ourselves, like coffee, then they got mad we didn’t ask. The only one who was nice was Orlando. From the front desk staff to the breakfast staff, don’t expect anyone to smile, be cordial, or appear to want to do their job without making you feel like a burden.

Staff were so incredibly rude and that is a nice way to write it. Orlando was the only nice one. The lady working breakfast on September 1 should be fired! Between her nasty look on her face, and her horrible attitude, she should not be working with customers. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I had swelling in my legs and placed my clean legs on a chair to prop them and was yelled at for doing so. I was sitting quietly minding my business worried about my legs. So again I will never recommend this hotel to anyone due to the rudeness of the staff!

Very nice clean, centrally located hotel. The beds were comfortable and the linen was beautifully clean and fresh. Can’t fault this hotel in central Naples. I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring Naples, but the surrounding area was extremely busy, loud, and chaotic, so I would keep that in mind if you’re looking for somewhere quiet. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was disappointing. We did not find the staff particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. There are stairs just to enter the hotel, followed by additional stairs before you can reach the elevator, which was very inconvenient with luggage. No assistance with our luggage was offered by the front desk. The room itself also had some issues. The air conditioning did not cool the room adequately, which made it uncomfortable, and the toilet did not flush properly. Overall, while the location was convenient, the lack of hospitality, room maintenance issues, noise, and difficulty navigating the hotel with luggage made the stay disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights - Very nice breakfast, very welcoming, good location to main areas, room a bit tight - but bed comfortable and very clean room! Would stay again when in Naples!
