*Due to unforeseen circumstances, this condo is available for the rest of the 2024 winter season! It’s not too late to leave the snow and come down to the sunshine state this March.
Fantastic location! West of 41 in the beautiful Moorings neighborhood. One of the few places left with an “Old Florida” feel. Enjoy sidewalk strolls all the way to the beach, and Venetian Village for shopping and dining, both just over a mile away. Community heated pool, hot tub, and shaded grill area are all within steps from your door. The first floor lanai with a beautiful courtyard view is the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon nap.
Must apply to the HOA office for background check ($40per person) & pay application fee ($120)
