mattress. Amazing long-water lake views from a private Lanai; the perfect place to relax or head to the pool for some fun. There is a private pool for the Sonoma community or access to the amazing community pool with a restaurant and drinks that you can access right from your lounge chair.
There are so many amenities you acquire while taking over a temporary membership. Some of the benefits are the gym, bocce, tennis, pickle ball, private as well and public pool, and the club house. There is also a spa on premise. Please note some of these activities may require an additional fee from the membership and there is an upfront fee for temporary membership transfer.
**Per the community guidelines it is a 30 day minimum rental. There is also a background check to rent as well as an additional background check fee.**
