The space:
Our 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom home is thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials for a relaxing stay—whether you're cooking at home, traveling with kids, soaking up the sun by the pool, or unwinding after a day at the beach. The split floorplan design provides added privacy for the spacious primary suite, while ensuring a smooth and open flow throughout the home. Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living, with a large patio door in the living room that fully opens to the lanai, plus direct pool access from two of the bedrooms.

The gorgeous Naples Pier Beach on the Gulf of Mexico is only 4 miles away.
You are only 10 minutes to the famous Naples 5th Ave- full of exceptional shops, world-class restaurants and notable entertainment. Stunning gulf courses, pickleball courts, botanical gardens, Naples Zoo and the community theater are just a few options to explore locally! Groceries and essentials are less than a mile from the home.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
The peaceful and private lanai is sure to become your favorite spot to unwind! Enjoy a resort-style indoor/outdoor experience, with easy access to the patio from most rooms. The spacious heated pool is kept at a comfortable 82 degrees for all guests. For families with little ones, a temporary pool safety fence is available and recommended. Additional outdoor amenities include lounge chairs, an electric grill, fun pool floaties, and a fully fenced grassy backyard.

FAMILY FRIENDLY:
This home has been prepared to ensure traveling with young kids is as comfortable as possible. Amenities include Pack n Play, high chair seat, kid utensils, bunk beds, games, books, pool toys, beach toys, boogie boards and a wagon - and of course a washer and dryer.

PET FRIENDLY:
One dog is allowed per reservation. The backyard features a small, fenced grassy area with a convenient doggy door for your pup. We kindly ask that all guests clean up after their dog to help keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

BEACH DAY:
We're just 4 miles from the iconic Naples Pier Beach, where soft, sugar-white sand stretches endlessly along the Gulf. Whether you're casting a line off the Pier or watching yet another breathtaking sunset, the experience never gets old. We provide all the beach essentials, so you can fully enjoy your day by the water.
