Located on The Plaza Dante is a lovely location to escape to in Naples. The apartment was a good value for the price. Best was the contact with the concierge, who was proactive, kind, and always supportive.

Attention punaises de lit Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette établissement et dès le premier jour nous avons remarqué des piqures sur notre corps et sur notre visage. Après avoir bien inspecté le lit au matin de notre départ nous avons trouvé plusieurs punaises de lit qui courraient dans les draps et sur les oreillers. Nous en avons directement fait part au propriétaire en mentionnant que nous comprenions que cela n’était pas de son fait mais que nous désirions un remboursement. Le propriétaire nous a dit qu’il n’avait pas encore reçu notre paiement. Nous avons donc contacté la plate-forme de reservation qui nous a assuré que le remboursement était la responsabilité de l’établissement et que ces derniers avaient catégoriquement refusé toute compensation. Nous avons passé des jours à laver et traiter nos vêtements, à tout empaqueter pour éviter de contaminer notre logement. Nous avons aussi dû jeter beaucoup de nos effets personnels que nous avons du racheter (manteaux, pulls). En quittant l’établissement nous étions couvertes de piqures notamment sur le visage. Sans parler de l’angoisse créée par la situation et des frais générés. Malgré de nombreux messages cordiaux, l’hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser jusqu’à arrêter de répondre à nos messages. Nous sommes scandalisés par le manque de considération que ce refus représente et nous pensons qu’au vu du préjudice causé, il est légitime que l’établissement fasse un geste. Je déconseille cet établissement

Un emplacement fantastique dans le centre historique de Naples. Il suffit de faire quelques mètres pour prendre le métro. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeûner sur place mais on peut déguster à moins de 20 m Café, cappuccino, viennoiseries et autres succulents gâteaux pour moins de 5€/personne. De plus les propriétaires sont hyper sympa. C'est certain nous reviendrons à Chocolate's Home sans hésiter.
