The property, location and staff were exceptional. Keyko was professional curtious, and extremely helpful with eating options and arranged a very early private transfer to the airport. My family would highly recommend Casa Pacifico Napoli.

This luxury BnB was really great and super convenient for our quick overnight stay in Naples. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even ordered us a taxi for our very early morning to get to the airport. The BnB is located very centrally as well and was walkable to many bars and restaurants.

Todella ystävällinen vastaanotto majapaikkaan saapuessani ja kaikki asiat sujuivat miellyttävästi. Huone oli mukava, rauhallinen ja siisti. Hyvä sijainti Napolin historiallisessa keskustassa, joten lyhyt kävelymatka useimpiin nähtävyyksiin.

Excellent séjour à Casa Pacifico, très bien situé pour visiter la ville de Naples mais aussi les alentours ( Pompéi, côte amalfitaine) grâce à la gare qui n’est pas très loin. Le staff de Casa Pacifico a été Top ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Lovely hotel

Hotel was lovely and room waa great for a family with young children. Only a 10 min walk away from the main station and a 5 min walk into the vibrant old town. Woke in the morning to the sounds of church bells.

Nice clean & spacious room. 15 mins from Garibaldi station. I would suggest that the arrival instructions should be more specific as the entrance is very difficult to find (only a very small (inches) name plate to a multi occupancy building.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the church from the balcony. We sadly didn’t take the advice of the host and parked in the street near the hotel which caused our car to be towed. Daniele and Enrico were helpful and gave us a list of recommendations too. I highly recommend staying here

The Casa Pacifico is in the perfect location to enjoy the buzz and bustling streets of Naples! The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern, tasteful design added to the charm, and the staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in with us at various points to make sure we were happy. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples!”

Great place. Easy to walk to pedestrian area of old town. Beautiful view of church out my window. Very romantic. The only issue was that check-in directions through locked front wooden door and then how to access elevator were not clear but staff responded very quickly and were always really helpful and friendly.

It’s little tricky to locate the hotel because there’s no sign found until you reach in front of the building exactly. Make sure you notify arrival time for the staff before check in, otherwise nobody will respond when press the building intercom. Other than that, everything else was outstanding especially my room view which was facing the beautiful church. Location was convenient to attractions or restaurants.

Nice clean room. Very noisy area though and double glazing isn’t the best. Breakfast at the hotel is a pre packaged pastry and a nespresso in the room. Not great.

Beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast great as included in price. Air conditioning. Beware of booking airport taxi with the reception. Luxury transport was offered for 25 euros, it didn't turn up and we had to get an Uber

Frühstück war nur ein Stückchen Kuchen mit Orangensaft und war um 9 Uhr viel zu spät. Unter dem Bett wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie gewischt. Fenster zwischen Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer ist nicht besonders angenehm.

The hotel overbooks and doesn't care. We arrived at the reception and were told that the hotel was full, despite our reservation. The staff refused to help us and the owner was very rude. Basically, they told us to fend for ourselves and go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room and location were good. Check in was awful. Waited over an hour for arranged pre-paid pick-up at airport. Finally took cab. No one at location. No instructions how to get in. After 2 guys showed up who did not seem to know what to do,spoke little english(but really nice and very funny) ,there never was anyone at the desk.
