Bra läge, MEN…

Mycket bra centralt placerad, MEN det är inte något bed & breakfast (ingen frukost), mycket långsamt internet, ingen TV och deras flygplats transfer är att de skickar ett tel.nr att ringa. Sedan fick vi aldrig tillbaka växel på vår turistskatt…de kom aldrig tillbaka med den, som utlovat. Ingen service på plats. Mer likt ett vandrarhem med bra klass, än ett bed & breakfast.

Great hotel! Just arrange check in ahead of time

This hotel is wonderful and the host is very friendly and welcoming. Very cozy rooms and balcony. We had a small issue with our check in but it was quickly resolved thanks to the amazing host. We arrived to the hotel only past midnight and didn't know that in Naples, most of small hotels don't have a concierge or any staff living in the building. So we didn't know that there would be no one who'd be able to check us in immediately. However we got lucky that our neighboor wasn't asleep and gave us the number of the host so we called and messaged him on WhatsApp and once he saw that we tried to reach him multiple times, he came in to check us in within 15 minutes. We recommend this place to couples and families! Just remember to arrange your check in ahead of your arrival.

Good - location . AC in room . Good shower and comfortable bed . Average - tap in kitchen sink did not work so it was constantly full of food debris. House keeping was constantly smoking and the owners did not respond to our 1 am text to complain about the noise from other guests . I think I would have given it a higher rating if this had been addressed . Could not find light switch on stairwell - very dangerous at night with jet lag . (Going down )

We stayed for 4 nights on a sight seeing trip with friends . Casa Latina was our base , on booking it said B&B but this was not the case . Casa Latina has four bedrooms and we rented three of them . You must provide your own breakfast and the kitchen area is small so if you are there when there are other residents you must take it in turns to use the kitchen. It is on the third floor with very steep stairs to climb so not good for people with mobility issues. The accommodation is however right in the heart of Old Naples and not far from the airport. The port is about 15/20 mins walk away where you can catch the ferry to Capri or take tours to the Amalfi coast . We also hired a taxi (people carrier) to take is to Pompeii and Sorrento . Our local taxi driver - Mario was friendly and spoke good English, giving us lots of information and tips about where to visit.

Everything was great! Great for a family or for couples. The place made our trip more beautiful. It is in the city center so you can reach everywhere easily. The rooms are clean and well-decorated. There is a beautiful kitchen and a nice balcony. You can eat one of the city's best pizzas by walking for only 2 minutes and enjoy the city whenever you want! I'll go to Naples and stay again here!

Ottima posizione , a due passi da piazza San severo a San Gregorio Armeno. La struttura fatiscente da fuori ma all’interno accogliente ! La camera spaziosa , ma molto calda. Il condizionatore posizionato difronte al letto ci ha dato fastidio. Non è stato possibile avere un cuscino in più perché, secondo la signora delle pulizie il numero dei cuscini è contato . Questo non mi è piaciuto ! Non cercate la tranquillità perché casa Latina si trova in una strada piccola ma transitata !! Per tre giorni va bene !

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorab etwas holprig. Erst hat er proaktiv gefragt, wann wir die Unterkunft erreichen, dann ließ er uns am vereinbarten Zeitpunkt warten. Das macht im noch unbekannten, stressigen Neapel nicht so viel Spaß. Unser Schlafzimmer hatte ein voll ausgestattetes, modernes Duschbad en-suite, Küche und Terrasse wurden mit anderen Urlauber*innen geteilt. Da war gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme angesagt. Die Unterkunft ist etwas versteckt, aber sehr zentral und war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gemütlich.

Logement très bien situé au cœur du centre ville. Déco soignée, très jolie chambre. Cependant, il s’agit plus d’un « bed » qu’un « bed & breakfast » : pas de petit déjeuner et la cuisine prévue à cet effet est condamnée pour « cause de Covid ». Globalement donc, il s’agit d’une simple chambre, sans service spécifique. En effet, sur la semaine passée, aucun passage des femmes de ménage, le lit n’a jamais été refait non plus. Enfin, odeur de canalisation persistante dans la salle de bain, tâches dans la douche / tâches d’humidité au plafond de la chambre. Mauvaise isolation entre les chambres (on entends les voisins se laver les dents) et, du fait de la localisation, beaucoup de bruits extérieurs (Klaxons au milieu de la nuit sous vos fenêtres…)

Struttura nel pieno centro storico a due passi dalla famosa "Spacca Napoli" e non solo, insomma la bella e cruda quotidianità napoletana, ed il suo fascino. Camera semplice ma ben organizzata, in un contesto moderno ed un bellissimo terrazzino con vista nel vicolo.. Staff, disponibile innanzitutto e molto cordiale, sono stati di grandissimo aiuto pre e post prenotazione.. Buon lavoro ragazzi

Schöne und künstlerisch eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt mit angenehmem Flair. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, waren die fehlenden Frühstückszutaten. Bei einem Bed&Breakfast, welches auch ankundigt, dass man in der Küche die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken und dann nur Milch und Kaffee zur Verfugung steht, ist ein wenig dürftig und dem Gesamtpreis dann nicht mehr angemessen, schade.
