The property doesn't show the same name as the hotel I booked. There are 3 different names so it caused me to go up and down searching for the reception for about 20 mins. However, the overall facilities are very well, and the place is clear.

This property was incredibly hard to find. There’s no signage to locate property. Nothing luxury about it. There’s graffiti and filth everywhere. Asked around and no one knew where hotel was located. Called the number on your site and no one answered. Finally figured it had to be where a metal green gate was. No signage or any way to figure who to call or how to get in. A man who came out let us in. A small sign inside said the name of hotel but can’t see it from outside gate since there’s an additional door to walk through. You then have to go up one tower to get to check-in, again no signage, and a whole different tower to rooms. No signage on the tiny elevators either. Took us an hour to figure all the above out. We asked everyone we saw and no one knew!!! Finally found room tower who directed us to the other tower for checking. Once checking in, I asked about scheduling the “FREE 24 hour Shuttle Service” that was advertised in your site. I have photos of this service offer. The agent said they DID NOT have the 24 hour shuttle nor any shuttle service. I emphatically said to him that was the only reason I chose that hotel since our worry was finding a ride at 3:30 am. He didn’t believe me. Told him where I found it advertised and showed him the photos of the description. He said he would ask. He asked two people and they discussed it in Italian under their breath for several minutes. Finally said no we don’t have that. We had to pay out of pocket for taxi. Very disappointed

Had a very warm and friendly greeting from Paolo at reception. He was informative and we appreciated him holding our bags until our room was available. The building itself is multipurpose and used by many businesses, so it was a little confusing finding the hotel from the outside. The signage on the 1st floor of scala A was also confusing as it had a different hotel name (SolArt). The room was large and clean. However it was lacking a 4 star feel with some basic amenities, furniture and aesthetics missing. The silicone around the shower looked mouldy, the shower tray was spongy underfoot and the actual shower was installed wonky, so a lot of water ended up outside the shower tray. There was also a lack of storage throughout. The balcony had no furniture and the tarpaulin under the balcony above ours was hanging down, which we found strange. The location was perfectly central allowing us to walk everywhere, and there were transport links nearby. It’s a perfectly serviceable hotel, but prepare yourself for a 2-3 star standard. It could be so much better with a few things that the hotel could consider and is within its control to change.

Stanza doppia matrimoniale, piccolina ma carina e ben pulita (un plauso alla governante, la Signora Cinzia, accogliente, gentile e disponibile nel non farci mancare nulla!). Note di merito per l’assenza di moquette e la doccia molto bella. Unica pecca è il wifi che non funzionava, peraltro prendeva poco pure la connessione 5g. Da ritornarci!
