Beautiful Corner Unit, great views from private lanai & access to Private Beach

This 3rd floor corner unit with extra high ceilings and elevator access is one of the largest in Wild Pines (almost 1,500 sq. ft.), and features a beautiful wrap around lanai with Golf and lake views. It has an open floor plan with a combination living/dining area. Both bedroom suites have private baths and sliding doors to the lanai. The master suite is tucked away for privacy, with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The master bath has dual sinks, a deep tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a flat screen tv as well. The bedroom and bath can be closed off behind a pocket door for complete privacy. The living room has a Queen pull out couch (comfortable for 2 young kids) and also a flat screen TV. All of the units surround the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo also has high speed internet and WiFi.
This condo is our family vacation spot, so we make sure it is well maintained and absolutely clean.

Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort with 5 private golf courses, a marina and private beach. The Private Beach is a short drive (4 miles) with free parking, chairs, umbrellas, restrooms and showers. In Season (Nov - April) there is a free shuttle running hourly. It is within walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Bonita Bay offers many amenities, including a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico with in-season shuttle service, three parks, basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts, a community pool, hot tub, BBQ area and clubhouse for picnicking. Free canoe/kayak rentals, fishing piers, picnic areas, playgrounds, butterfly gardens, a boardwalk to the back bays, as well as miles of walking and bike trails, make Bonita Bay a top vacation destination.

Bonita Bay is a beautiful and safe community. Easy check-in to the condo. Very clean, very nicely decorated, well stocked, private wrap around lanai with great views of golf course, lake and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

All of Bonita Bay was beautiful. We rented bikes and toured the community and its parks. Our condo in Wild Pines was very clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony with the view of the golf course. The private beach was closed for rebuilding after the hurricane, but the Lover’s Key beach with the shuttle service was very nice. We have already booked this condo for our next visit.

Great location with a shuttle to the beach. Large third floor condo over looking golf course, pond and wildlife. Enjoyed the lanai with it's tropical breeze and quiet neighbors. Bathrooms and kitchen well appointed. We were thoroughly relaxed and sad to leave. Looking forward to renting again in the near future.

We had a wonderful break from the hectic life in New York City. Wild Pines is a beautiful section of the Bonita Bay resort and the pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed. The condo is exactly as shown and described and we could not have asked for more. Markus and Joie were very responsive to my questions before we arrived and to a question we had during our stay. They provide a lot of information in a book for guests that was an excellent reference guide. We look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful property! Our only suggestion is to make the directions on how to use the available amenities more detailed in the owner's binder. Specifically, how to use the beach shuttle (available year round now) and the canoe-kayak dock. Luckily, the Bonita Beach staff pointed us in the right direction. We definitely will return!!

Beautifully located condo on the third floor corner offering beautiful views, privacy and gentle breezes on the wrap around porch. This condo is clean, well furnished and stocked with everything to make for a memorable Holiday. Elevator access, close to community pool and tennis court. Shopping, restaurants and attractions nearby. Communial bus shuttle to the beach during season very handy. Situated in a gated community with beautiful Florida landscaping and amenities in walking distance.

Beautiful spacious condo & amazing view of golf course with water. Very secure area being inside Bonita Bay gates. Walking trails open post Ian with exception of boardwalk in Estero park. Pool open but very busy since no beach shuttle resumed yet - understandable but missed going to the beach! Owners very responsive to plumbing issue & resolved. Many above average temperature days for this January, which we enjoyed immensely being from Northern Illinois! Thank-you Markus & Joie
