Pool & Outdoor Living:
The screened lanai is the highlight of the home, featuring a private saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and Weber grill.

- Standard Heat: Heating to 84°F is included with your stay.

- Optional Upgrade: For those who prefer a warmer pool, extra heating up to 88°F can be purchased for $30/day (please request at least 24h before arrival).

- Primary Suite: King Bed, 55” Smart TV, en-suite spa bath, and direct pool access.

- Bedroom 2: King Bed with adjacent full hallway bath.

- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with direct access to shared full bath.

Full access to the entire home, pool, backyard, and garage. Smart lock entry with a personal code provided before arrival.

Good Neighbor Policy: We ask guests to enjoy the home responsibly. No parties, smoking, or pets.

Grill: Propane for the grill is included. If the tank runs low, feel free to refill it and we will quickly reimburse you with a photo of the receipt.
