The house was so well furnished, much more so than most rentals - full size soaps and shower stuff, lots of TP, tons of towels, beach chairs, and more. Location is KILLER for beach access and groceries

Super pet friendly, even bowls provided! Bring your own poop bags.

Phenomenal Place For Family Getaway

This place was fantastic and we had such a blast staying here as a family. Super close to the beach and even closer ( less than a mile) to shopping, groceries, etc. The house was comfortable , spotless clean, incredible back yard and super responsive host. The kitchen had every imaginable accessory. It was a heavenly place!

Vanderbilt Beach Cottage

Communication with the property manager was excellent. House was clean and cozy. Perfect for a family. Although pet friendly, zero odor of pets. Description and pictures were perfect; exceeded expectations.

Great place!!

Highly recommend anybody wanted to be close by the beach in particular Vanderbilt beach. House was very accommodating and very clean. Had everything we needed. Our dogs had a blast in the yard.

Excellent location

Easy, leisurely walk to Vanderbilt Beach (about 30 minutes.) Beach chairs and towels are provided - there's also a wagon to pull if you have litte ones or a lot of stuff. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Wifi was good. Loved the outdoor gazebo area for meals. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, better quality pillows would be a nice upgrade. A really nice experience and we will stay here again.

North Naples Great Location

This was a last minute find for us. Host was extremely helpful, easy to work with. House in a great location, very clean and cozy. So much to do there! Great for walking, shopping and many excellent restaurants!

So many disappointments

There were so many disappointments that it’s hard to believe the owner cares. 1) broken shower glass panel. 2) no mention of toxic red tide 3) empty laundry detergent bottle 4) dirty stove; light doesn’t work. 5) dirty silverware. 6) broken beach umbrella. 7) no measuring spoons 8) no advance notice of lawn service guy. 9) empty butane lighter and no matches to light grill. 10) misrepresentation of beach within walking distance of the cottage.

Great winter vacation spot!

Wonderful location and well maintained. My wife and I especially enjoyed the short bike ride to the beautiful beach. Our host was very responsive to our questions and requests.

Perfect location!

The house was clean and inviting and the location to the beaches, restaurants and shopping was perfect. We had a great time! My only complaint is the washer and dryer are older. When I washed a load of clothes I was scared the washer was going to fall apart it shook so bad when it was spinning out. I didn’t wash any more clothes after that. Other wise a great stay!

Everything we needed

The house was really comfortable. It was well stocked with towels , beach towels and all essentials Location was great for us. The only complaint was the uncomfortable mattress on the double bed. It was extremely lumpy and completely worn out. I would suggest it gets replaced. Other beds were fine.

Great location and accommodations

Was in the area for a wedding. 5 adults stayed and were very comfortable. Nice family room/kitchen area where we gathered daily. It was nice to have a fenced yard for the dog. Close to beaches and many restaurants & shopping.

Florida Gem

This is a charming rental, just as pictured and worth the experience. The house is spotless and the hosts are attentive and respond quickly and effectively to questions. The house is bright indoors with a lovely cool, shady and breezy backyard that the dog and everyone else who visited enjoyed. We loved the neighborhood which has a friendly, old Florida vibe and quiet streets that are good for walking and bike riding. It’s convenient to shopping, great dining and two beaches within a mile walk. Delnor-Wiggins park allowed us to bring the dog as long as she sat with one of us at one of the many picnic tables under the shady sea grape trees that line the sunny beach. If you’re planning on staying for more than a few days and preparing your own food, cookware is sparse and you may want to bring a favorite pot or pan. There are plenty of dishes and utensils. The neighborhood is special, the house perfect for families. Definitely recommend.

the house is lovely and well located

It is a lovely house, well kept and well located. We had a wonderfull time there. We were there for the weekend I wish we could spend the whole week. We didn't have time to enjoy the pagoda outside with that wonderfull tree. The comunication with the host was really good. We ask for an extension of 1 hour to the check out and he did it to us. Definitely I recommend it.

Great weekend (in spite of weather)

We did enjoy the stay at this place, it is very cozy, well kept and it is well located (even though this is walking distance to the beach). The communication with the manager was very good. The house has everything you need to have a good stay. The AppleTV was a good plus for the time we spent at home while it was raining. It would be great to have a hot tub in the backyard under the tree and besides the pagoda (just a suggestion :-) )
