Upon entering this spacious, air-conditioned home away from home, you will discover a bright and airy open floor plan. Come back home from a refreshing splash in the community's heated outdoor pool to spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area. This spot boasts a comfy extensive sofa right in front of a huge smart TV with streaming and cable and a soundbar. Spend endless evenings streaming your favorite series and movies while munching on your favorite snacks. Speaking of snacks, the well-appointed kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats for the group. Coffee lovers will find a cute coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker. This wonderful condo boasts a private balcony off the kitchen with comfy seating and a spacious screened lanai with a lakefront lounge area and a summer kitchen with a mini-fridge, tiled countertops, sink, and stovetop - it's the ultimate entertaining spot!

Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a smart TV, lanai access, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a separate soaking tub. The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle underneath. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, four beach chairs, high-speed WiFi, and two adult bikes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
