This property is the newest in a collection of properties. Just remodeled. Owner has a long successful history of very satisfied customers. Reviews upon request. Clean. No carpet. Handicap accessible including parking.
New furniture. New tiles floors. New paint. Love the first floor lanai and view. Furniture is upscale and so comfortable. First floor unit. Walk to Sam Sneads and golf = 2 Minutes.

Just what we needed

Totally enjoyed our stay and the condo. Did not use pool or golf since there to visit family but they looked good. Condo just as pictured. Would suggest more bed pillows available for sleeping other than that wonderful snd Mark was great too

Great host, very supportive and helpful

Great place to stay. Everything is nice and clean and you have all you need. Mark was very fair and helpful when we did not know how to proceed after the hurricane. Gave us flexibility with the booking and advice and did not take advantage of our situation as others did as we had to extend our stay. Very sympathetic person though. Excellent property 5 ⭐️

Newly redone, beautiful spotless condo with view of fountain, screened in porch and close proximity to pool. Easy close driving to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Everything and more is included and liked that guests are encouraged to leave any unused/unfinished travel items for the next renter. From shampoo, creams, beach items, coolers or simple staples from sugar to cloths detergent. Even wine! helpful opening a drawer to find something you may have forgotten. Definitely would stay again. We have stayed in this location before. This host went above and beyond to make sure the condo was clean and well-stocked ! We didn’t have to think about anything. He even had 2 sets of golf clubs !

Perfect rental

This 2 bedroom condo is so clean with beautiful furniture, large showers, and TVs in every room. It’s a pitching wedge from Sam Snead’s Tavern and Lely golf courses. Mark, the owner, answered all our questions promptly.. we will be back!
