Welcome to Napili Shores E144, a charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground-floor condo that is a perfect retreat for up to 5 guests featuring garden views, a split AC system, and a fully equipped kitchen. This resort does not have elevators.

The spacious living area can accommodate additional guests comfortably, featuring a queen sofa bed and a twin sofa bed. The living room opens up to the lanai where you can enjoy your meal outside. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out to explore or a gourmet dinner to enjoy on the lanai, the kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure.

As you step into the master bedroom, you'll find a luxurious king-size bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and ample vanity storage space, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Being on the ground floor, you're just a short stroll away from the resort pool, making it easy to take a refreshing dip at any time.

Napili Shores nestled in lush, well-maintained gardens, offers the ideal balance between tropical seclusion and convenient access to West Maui's beaches. The resort's amenities include an oceanfront pool with sweeping views of the Pacific, a second pool surrounded by tropical foliage, and a hot tub perfect for unwinding. BBQ grills and picnic areas are also available, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining amidst the island's natural beauty. There are also two restaurants on the property; the famous Gazebo Restaurant known for its breakfast and Kitchen 5315 Restaurant and Tiki Bar Lounge. Enjoy a leisurely walk to the sandy beach of Napili Bay. This is a nice spot to enjoy the sun and water activities.

Not sure we would stay here again.Cons: no linens for pull out beds when we arrived late and exhausted (could not get them to us till the next morning). We saw four bugs on the kitchen counter within the first hour and a couple moths flying around in the bedroom because a piece of the window was missing (this was never fixed). We just blocked it with one of the beach towels). Me and my kids were freaking out about sleeping with bugs and not having bedding. Also black mold by the bathroom and only 2 beach towels for 5 of us. One of the hardest 1st nights we have had on a vacation. Pros: it had shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap, and dish soap, and laundry tabs. Plenty of garbage bags and paper towels for the week we appreciated that they came the next day to help with the bugs and gave us linens. The pool is within 20 steps out the back door, which was nice. You could also easily walk down to Napili Beach which was beautiful. Really easy access to amazing snorkeling without having to drive somewhere.

Host was great, but unit was not up to the standard I expect at this price. No smart TV means no streaming, so bring your own dvd’s. No audio system. Trash pickup happens at 5am on MULTIPLE nights and the din is awful and lasts for 10 minutes, my wife never slept after each episode. You are next to the main pool in this unit so be prepared for loud poolside hijinx until 10 pm. Roaches share your kitchen so hopefully that’s ok. On the bright side, the furniture is nice, kitchen equipment average, firm comfortable queen mattress and best of all, spectacular beach right there every morning. There’s a very good cafe on the campus that draws a large crowd every morning, and the public bus stops right in front of the main entrance, free fare for seniors…all of which saves this review from a 2 rating.

Our accommodation situated in front of the pool was in a great location. The room was clean, modern and the decor matched the Hawaiian theme. We had everything we needed and more than required. Except for a broom to sweep the floor! We loved the little touches like the welcome gift and the black wash cloths for makeup removal!! Everything was in working order and of high quality. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one indeed.

Condo was conveniently located-close to pool, hot tub, laundry and restaurant. Plenty of nice bath towels provided-2 beach chairs provided which was very nice to have also-Condo was clean and nice welcoming package was a nice surprise. Condo could get noisy at times due to closeness to pool and tub. Grounds not kept up daily as it used to be from prior stays - condo is nice but could use some TLC-no safe provided either. More than 1 beach towel for a 15 day stay would have appreciated also. Overall would stay again just for the convenience and location.

Nice condo but noisy.

The condo and accommodations were accurate and nice as stated in the reviews. Would be a great place to stay for a family with kids. Unfortunately, my wife and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. 50 feet from the patio is a hot tub and pool. It is open from 8am - 10pm. So expect noise pretty much between those hours. At the other end of the condo is the bedroom which is adjacent to the parking lot. Be ready to hear garbage trucks at 5:30 three days a week, cars coming and going and luggage being rolled to and from rooms and cars. It is a great location to stay, my recommendation would be to pay more for a room closer to the ocean away from the “family pool” and parking lot.

Stay in paradise

The condo was clean and had all the necessary items to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would come back to this condo for sure. The management company was very easy to reach and responded to minor issues that we had.

We love Napili

Been coming to Napili Shores condos for over a decade. This condo specifically met all my expectations. Clean, good AC unit, all the amenities. Would definitely recommend. Just a quick walk to the beach and my kids LOVED how close we were to the pool.

Pleasant stay in a great location

While not as upmarket as some accommodation in the area (which is quite upmarket indeed!), we were more than happy here. The condo has all you need and offers direct beach access, whale watching, food options, pools, laundry and more, all on site. Great value in this beautiful part of west Maui.

Great stay!!

We have stayed at the Napili Shores property for several years but this was the first visit to this particular unit. Overall, our stay was great. The owner did a fabulous job of decorating and appointing the unit and the kitchen had everything possible that a visitor could ask for!! Communications with the owner were superior and we hope to return next year.

Nice suite in a lovely older Hawaiian resort

The suite was very nice, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee. The hedge between the pool and the suite made a nice privacy screen.

Very prompt communication with owners. Nicely updated ground floor unit, steps from pool, hot tub and grills. Beautiful grounds and good restaurants. Complete kitchen set up. 2 AC units, in both living room and bedroom. If you're not an early riser, you cannot avoid street/parking lot noise. Pack your earplugs

Maui Apartment

The apartment was very nice and the location was too. Beautiful resort. Easy access to the beach. On the negative side Solar panels were being installed on the roof, and it was very noisy. Not a peaceful quiet day. The people above me got the worst of it, they were friends of mine, and basically we could not be in the apartment during the day.

Perfect little spot for family of 4

Loved our stay in Napili! Having two separate pull outs was WONDERFUL for my kids, plus the bedroom for my husband and I. Condo has been recently renovated and is beautiful, kitchen was well stocked, and there were tons of pool/beach supplies! Needed to get in touch with owners about something early in the trip and they were super responsive. Would definitely stay again if it’s available.

Great condo!

We love Napili Shores! This condo is well set up, with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. This unit has a lanai that is very private; it’s tucked away near the back pool. We did hear quite a bit of pool noise, but it was just happy people enjoying themselves and it didn’t bother us. We hope to return next year!

Low key retreat

Location, location, location! We snorkeled in two beautiful bays and enjoyed comforts of a small, well-maintained resort. Our condo had everything we needed to cook simple meals and relax. The owners were easy to work with as was the on-site management.The landscaping of the grounds is beautiful and the two pools are immaculate.

Great price and location

You can’t beat Napili Shores, the location is the best. You are minutes from the best snorkeling, tide pools and the best beach in the island. We look forward to staying here again. This condo was great for us, the kids could play in the pool while we got meals ready and they had a huge lawn to run on. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we could possibly need and was nice and clean.

Lovely vacation for family

Napili Shores is ideal for vacationing with family and close to two wonderful beaches. The condo was very comfortable, clean and air conditioned. The proximity to the pool was a plus for us traveling with kids and the pool and beach toys provided were a real bonus. The accessibility and responsiveness of the hosts was fantastic. Don’t hesitate to book this property, we had the most enjoyable and convenient vacation there.
