Located in Northwest Napa, the property is convenient to both Napa Valley and Sonoma wineries. It is located in just 9 minutes from Downtown Napa and 7 minutes from Yountville. Both offer award winning restaurants and great shopping and sightseeing. Visit Napa's new Riverfront or Oxbow Farmers Market for shopping, dining or entertainment. . After a day of wine tasting, shopping or recreation, soak in the Jacuzzi, entertain outside on the deck overlooking the vineyards and relax and enjoy 'the good life.'

Beautiful house

The house is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and clean. The backyard area is truly special - a beautiful and serene spot for morning coffee and evening meals. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Our group had some last minute changes to our plan and the owner and property manager were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Scenery, Walkable Winery Tasings

The property is quiet and has access two 2-3 wineries by foot as well as a beautiful park. Great way to celebrate a family birthday.

This was a beautiful stay for us. There was lots of room to spread out (8 of us), and every room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I watched the balloons out of the master bedroom every morning. The beds were comfortable. One bedroom could use a box fan, but certainly not a reason to stop me from wanting to stay there again. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. There are plenty of places to eat comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and every house is well kept. The property manager greeted us and went over some rules, which I appreciated. She is really friendly and very helpful. All the beds were comfortable, which is important to me. The yards are beautiful and the backyard is so nice! We enjoyed BBQs and sitting amongst the beautiful plants.

Great Napa visit homebase

We loved our stay-found the location convenient for everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed watching the hot air balloons while enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. Great park across the street for early morning hikes and a breeze to get to Yountville for dinner.

50th birthday trip

Four of us stayed here for part of my 50th birthday trip. The location was absolutely perfect. The weather was a bit too cold to spend much time outside at night, but we did use the hot tub a couple of times and it was great. The house had everything we needed, and we even had a private chef come in and cooked dinner for us one night

My siblings and spouses had a great week here. The location is convenient to all areas and having the park across the street gave us opportunity to exercise every morning before we headed out. Beautiful back yard area for relaxing in the evening!

Family gathering in Napa

Wonderful property for a family reunion! Three couples and one small child had a great time lots of room to spread out and lots of spaces to get all in one place. Well stocked kitchen. Great bathrooms and bedrooms and superb setting overlooking a vineyard out Back! Julie, our prop mgr was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended… thanks for the memories!!!

This property is just beautiful and located in the northwest corner of the Napa suburbs. Vineyards to the north and Alston Park to the west. One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in.

We had a lovely stay at this home. The backyard is quiet with an amazing view of the vineyard, hot air balloons and sunsets. It was central to everything you would want in and around Napa and the other regions. We can't wait to come back.

A Dream

This house was absolutely perfect for my family (8 of us) The kitchen is where we spent most of our time, eating yummy food and looking out the wonderful windows about the kitchen sink. The back yard is spectacular and what we probably enjoyed the most while staying in the the house. The variety of trees and herbs in the backyard was incredible and my family and I loved watching the roses bloom. The hot tub was greatly and we even saw hot air balloons fly right over the house and hand in the park across the street. 10/10.

Amazing view!

The backyard really made this place!! It’s amazing view of the vineyard and morning coffee while watching the hot air balloons pass over was a treat. All the bathrooms were recently remodeled and the beds were comfy. Will stay here again.
