Beautiful cottage in the heart of wine country with private 30 foot dock. This 1 bedroom/1 bath home is located on the Napa River in the heart of the Carneros Wine Region. Only 3 miles to several highly acclaimed wineries, Domaine Carneros, Etude & Saintsbury. Amazing panoramic water/countryside views. Front yard overlooks a 400 acre ranch. Sit in backyard and view Napa River, 15 min from downtown. Boat, Fish, Swim, Birdwatch or just relax. Beautiful kitchen, furnishings and amenities inside, There is an additional office/ zoom room/ working shed overlooking the river. .Minimum stay-1 month.

Fantastic Spot Tucked Away on the Napa River

Loved this property. Cute, cozy and everything needed for an extended stay in Napa. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly and the location is convenient to both Napa and Sonoma. Communication with the owner was always easy - super responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Beautiful and quiet setting with everything needed to enjoy the Napa and Sonoma areas

This is a fantastic little cottage tucked away in a hidden gem of a neighborhood in Napa close to some of the best wineries in the region. The cottage is set among marshlands and at the banks of the Napa River and is the perfect spot for nature lovers or those looking for a quiet get away far from the bustle and bustle of city life but still super close to all the amenities and amazing restaurants the Napa and Sonoma valleys have to offer. Perfect for two, the cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished with a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a bonus washer/dryer so you can pack light for your vacation. The location is a great place for wine tasting excursions tucked right in the renowned Carneros region with award winning wineries and resorts within minutes. Relaxing at the property is a quiet respite with lots of nature. There are trails around the marshes right down the street and in the evenings the cows in the pasture across the street come to graze and say hello. The cottage is modern, comfortable and clean with great wifi for those who want to work remotely. The communication with the owner was always pleasant and super helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
