Beautiful introduction to Nantucket

Beautiful new home in the heart of Nantucket close to downtown, close to the beaches and a beautiful pool and fire pit for when you just want to relax. A kitchen filled with anything you might need to create gorgeous meals. Top notch communication both from the owner and in documentation left at the home.

Friends and Family Trip

We had an amazing trip. The weather was terrific. The house is perfect and so close to town. Loved the Nantucket esthetic of the home. The outside yard and pool were wonderful.

Beautiful Oasis

Wow what a beautiful home, great location and very kind host! The house has all the amenities could want, a lot of space with big TVs upstairs and downstairs (Netflix, Hulu, etc), comfy couches, kitchen right next to outdoor porch and the pool, modern firepit with couch and chairs all around for marshmallow roasting by the pool, and all within 15-minute walk to town I did daily. Plus they let us bring our dog! And Ashley was so kind and responsive and eager to ensure we had a lovely time. We most certainly did! Highly recommend this beautiful oasis!!!

Perfect Summer Getaway for Young Family

We had the best stay at Summer Winn! The house was perfect for our crew of two families with young kids. The pool and backyard setup were great and the house was well appointed with everything we needed (beyond the basics you typically find in rental houses). We loved the walkability to town - and managed the cobblestone streets with strollers. Ashley was incredibly helpful prior to arrival, communicative throughout our stay, and provided us with great recommendations. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

We really enjoyed this home. It was set up great for my family as we all had time together but yet each had personal space. Great location, very clean & well organized with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!!!

Fabulous stay!!!

We had the most amazing vacation at this home on Nantucket! My girls, who have traveled all over the United States in Europe, said it was the best vacation We’ve ever had! We would highly recommend this home to all ages. The beautiful home, being able to easily and quickly walk into town, and the pool perfected it! Thank you homeowners!!!

Wonderful House Within Walking Distance to Town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was lovely, kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable and we loved having the pool! The backyard was very private and we spent our evenings around the fire pit. Very relaxing. While not actually "in town" the house is an easy walkable distance. We've been coming to Nantucket for over 20 years and this is our first "close to town" experience which we loved. Ashley is a wonderful host and was attentive to every detail. We will book this hourse again!

Winn-winner!

Ashley was such a joy to work with. She made sure you felt prepared for coming to the island and her home was stocked with everything you need. This house was such an easy bike ride to the brewery, town, surfside beach and having a pool in the backyard made for a great late afternoon activity for the kids. Great week!

Wonderful Week At Winn

We had a great family vacation at 0 Winn! The home was lovely, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! The location was ideal. We were a short walk to town and conveniently situated on the Madaket bike path with the Hummock Pond path just a dirt road away. The pool provided a great change of pace from the ocean and we were so happy to have it as an option. Communication was timely and easy with Ashley. Thanks for a great week! Highly recommend!

Fabulous home … amazing family vacation

We just returned from two amazing weeks at this gorgeous home with our three kids (5, 9 and 11). The house was beautiful and so clean. So much space for our family and then some. Our kids absolutely loved the brand new pool and outdoor shower in the back yard. We really can’t say enough wonderful things about this house. Everything functioned perfectly and made for such an easy, relaxed vacation. Our other favorite part of this home was its proximity to town. We walked every morning to our favorite coffee shops for breakfast and shopping. Only took 12 mins. All and all, we could not have been more thrilled with this wonderful home. Ashley is the best and we will certainly be back!

September Getaway

Beautiful home with an excellent in-town location. Perfect launching point to all other points on island. Over 20 years since our last trip to Nantucket and we couldn't have had a more enjoyable time.
