  • One of a kind property on Nantucket. Custom built house on a professionally designed acre+ of land on Nantucket in the town district. House (3280 sq. ft.) has large gourmet kitchen, beautiful living room with fireplace, large first floor primary bedroom with king bed and 3 large bedrooms on the second floor- one king, one queen and two twins. Full lower level family room, with queen bed, wet bar, full bath, and large TV, game room. There is a wrap around farmers porch off the living room.

    15x30 ft heated swimming pool with large spa and fire pit. Pool has an auto-cover for safety.

    Ample parking for 3 cars.

    The house is set back from the dead end street and reached by a winding driveway through a wooded area. Wonderful safe play areas for kids and comfortable deck and patios for adults.
