This rustic old beach house has been lovingly renovated with updated appliances, bathrooms while keeping it's charming character. Beachy house is right near “Children’s” Beach, walking distance from the Steamship Ferry and a block from downtown. We are right near the edge of the Brant Point area closest to town. Stroll home from dinner and cocktails. We are less than a block from the harbor and beach. We are doors away from the White Elephant Hotel and Lola 41.
The yard of our cute, little 3 bedroom two bathroom house is surrounded by privet hedges and feels quite private. Please note that the entrance from the driveway enters into the master bedroom located on 1st floor. We have one parking space in the small driveway. The house has central air conditioning. Our yard yard has a gas grill, table and chairs a swing and an outdoor shower so you can leave the beach behind! We think you'll love our cute house and especially the location!
Lastly, we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

Quaint and cozy winter stay

Close to everything in town so easy to access all the shops and restaurants. Sam was very accommodating when we had to stay longer due to ferry cancellations. Heat in the winter is a little tricky to get right, but we made it work and had a great time! Would come back!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! Really cute house and definitely the best use of space to provide for enough beds. It did get quite hot at night upstairs and we had trouble at first, but it worked out great! Thank you!

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Nantucket!

We LOVED our stay! The house has so much character and is so beautifully decorated!! The kids loved searching for the secret door to the master bedroom! If the owners wouldnt have mentioned this prior, we may have been confused finding the third bedroom, as well! They also loved the swing on the tree out front. We loved the house itself and the accessability. Everything is in walking distance! Thanks for a great stay!

Birthday Get Away

We escaped to Nantucket for a birthday getaway weekend and enjoyed the island and this wonderful property. What an adorable home in a great location! We enjoyed this unique little gem-so close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place!

This house is the perfect little getaway house. The location is amazing, 5minute walk to town and to the beach. It has a nice little front yard with table to sit outside, the house is clean, has everything you would need for a getaway to Nantucket. Highly recommend, we look forward to staying again here in future! Thank you!!

Fabulous Valentines Day getaway

Beautiful property with very convenient location just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Every convenience for a happy stay was included. Decor is beautiful and the kitchen was thoughtfully arranged . Nespresso and filter coffee makers were a delightful touch.

Adorable Bungalow in the heart of Nantucket

This was an adorable beach house- within walking distance to downtown, the beach (Jetties/Childrens) and some great restaurants (LoLa 41). The property manager was very responsive on any questions/issues we had. We stayed off season (end of October) and were very comfortable.

Brant Love

After Madaket and Mid Island, I've settled on Brant Point as my go to. While I bring a car, I like the ability to go to town at will. This house was great, we had already book for stroll so we are pleased. Host was amazing, great check in info so you know the score before you come over. Don't bring a big car, or use street parking as it's hard to get in and out of spot.

Better than the listing

We came to the place based on the listing but found that the pictures did not do it justice. The owners were nice and respectable, and the property was just right. It's in a quiet part of the town, away from the hustle and bustle but less than five minutes walk from downtown. You couldn't ask for more. I believe we will be back.

Classic Cottage with a Modern Twist

We had a lovely few days at Beachy. We loved the in-town location and proximity to Children's Beach, Jetties Beach, shops, historic district, ferry—and Stop n Shop! The decor is delightfully updated and has a fun Miami vibe. Kitchen was spacious and although we didn't cook much, it was perfect for reheating prepared foods and serving a toddler. We walked to the Brant Point Grill which, although pricey, is great for kids as they can play on the lawn. The front yard swing was an added bonus for our toddler, and the beds were super comfy :) Although we did not have a car, the driveway was spacious for one car, so that's a real advantage for a longer stay. We'll be back!!!!

July 4th Heaven!

This is our second time renting this property for the July 4th holiday week! And we love it... The location of this property is simply unbeatable. Nestled in the vibrant Brandt Point neighborhood, its a stone's throw away from some amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches. The property itself is a gem! The home is well appointed, modern appliances, and tasteful decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. We spent countless hours in the yard for family dinners! What truly set this experience apart was the property owners. They are incredibly responsive and accommodating. From the moment we expressed interest in the property, they were communicative and provided all the information we needed; making the entire renting process smooth and enjoyable. The location of this house is unbeatable. It's within easy walking distance of the ferries, the bus station, and the historic downtown with its great shopping. The Brant Point Lighthouse is right down the road and several great restaurants are nearby. It has a small yard where we happy houred every afternoon. We loved it.
