Beautiful setting only a short inexpensive ride to nantong central. Only had breakfast 3 out of the 7 days but found all hot food and drinks to be tepid/cool which was a shame but the large choice including traditional Chinese foods (some not to my taste like 1/2 a ducks marinated head) was a exceptionally large variety at very low cost - we loved our stay …

The only thing is that the Non-smoking policy was not enforced completely. I was assigned to a non-smoking floor but one day, there was very heavy smell of smoking in the corridor.

2度目ですがこの価格で中国でこのクラスのホテルはかなり良いと思います。 周辺に店が少ないので外に出るのは遠いですが、今回は外出予定なく問題ありませんでした。 バスタブの無い部屋だったのが残念でした。

Great hotel. The upright bike in the gym is not working. And the air conditioning really couldn’t drop the hot room more than one degree. The shower head was also broken. But you don’t have a lot of choices in Nantong.

Club intercontinental staff a stand out

Club intercontinental staff were absolutely fabulous - among the best I have ever seen. Highly recommend this upgrade. The view is also lovely too.

Situations Are Resolved Quickly and Effectively!

This is a follow up to a review I submitted earlier. After Speaking with the Hotel Directors Jason and Michelle they were very attentive to my concerns and we had a brief in person meeting about the situation. They were very understanding of the issue and apologized for the inconvenience as well as credited me for the mis-billing. It was simply a miscommunication as it turns out and they and the Intercontinental Hotel in now way committed any wrong doing. After speaking with the directors I am completely reassured in the Intercontinental Hotel and will be staying here for all my future business trips to Nantong and Shanghai. The fact that they were quick to address my concerns and did so in a thoughtful way clearly indicates they are a top notch hotel and on par with any American 5 star hotel brand.

Muito bom

Apesar de ter reservado e pago um quarto para 3 pessoas, sendo um casal e um filho, nos deram um quarto com somente uma cama de casal. Após minha reclamação, ofereceram um outro quarto com duas camas de solteiro, porém sem condições de acomodar 3 pessoas. Solicitei uma cama extra, porém não queriam colocar, pois alegaram que o quarto era pequeno. Quando concordaram em colocar a cama, falaram que eu teria que pagar uma taxa extra. Depois de muita discussão, finalmente aceitaram colocar a cama extra sem nenhum custo. Tirando esse contratempo, o resto correu tudo bem, o hotel é lindo, porém um pouco afastado.

Nice Hotel but nothing around it. Need to taxi everywhere else. Beautiful gardens but all are locked off so you can't walk around. Great breakfast both western and eastern. I would stay again but I prefer to be able to go for a walk and eat locally and view sights locally around CBD

ゴルフ場内にある様なホテル

広大な敷地内にあり、まるでゴルフ場へ入って行く様な雰囲気です。地理的には南通市の中心部から外れており、ホテルでゆっくりと寛ぐ方は良いですが繁華街へ飲みに行く様な方は向いていません。
