「Excellent, clean and welcoming stay again. Need to book the spa in advance to get the time you want」

「We arrived late, so didn't expect to be greeted. We had called and advised that we would be late, so Hazel gave us excellent instructions on how to get in after closing. She also took our breakfast order on the phone. The next morning, all was well, but we saw no one at checkout, which was odd. There is no reception, no entry desk, and there was no one around. 「Lovely hotel well positioned, but unfortunately the food from the menu let it down my husband had the chicken and pasta completely tasteless, wife had the slither of salmon she said it was okay, her sister and husband said the chips where cold sent them back redone and bought back out Breakfast was okay could have been hotter」

「Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -...

「Spacious clean and well maintained bedrooms at the Quay. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast has a lot of choice and is very good. We didn’t use the spa so I’ve no comment to add.」
