「This place was amazing. I was in the suite upstairs which was the same price as a room. It was huge with a big bathroom.
I met who i assume to be the owner. He was a very nice bloke. There was no dinner available when I arrived but I arrived quite late and it was a short walk to find dinner. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again, no worries.」
「Tony & Chris are fantastic hosts. They have a beautiful property decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic. The rooms are large and have a fridge and tea tray in the rooms.
The property is in walking distance of the village and Emlyn Hotel where we were attending a wedding. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back k to stay again! 」

The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the small town of Lampeter and is more reasonably priced than most establishments and they are nice people working there.

「Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended.
We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included and was scrummy.
Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel.

The owners, Bob and Olha were extremely kind and friendly.
