「The property is not located at the address mentioned by Expedia, the taxi driver had to call to owner of the property to get the correct address after driving around for one hour while we had to pay the taxi fee. The building is dirty and the entrance smells like sewer. The 3 beds in the apartment are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is dirty and moldy. As per the description, there is a 55 inch tv in the apartment, which is not correct, as there is only a projector. 」

「First, after I paid Vrbo told me that the unit that they listed/I paid is not available! Upgraded us to a bigger one. I asked them to make sure all bed sheets and towels are clean/changed. After checked in they are all dirty and towels have stains. Mattresses are as hard as stones!! After staying in the unit for 2 nights, my back was in pain for a whole week. All check in informations were not clear. I need to keep asking them until the very last moment to ensure all the check in procedures....
