Welcome to the Ocean Breeze Condo by the Sea, located at the Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. This ocean front resort is situated along the shores of Craig Bay and features extravagant sunsets, mountain views, and is surrounded by the beauty of west coast nature.
Ocean Breeze Condo by the Sea is a privately owned condo and located on the 4th floor of the Creekside building. The hotel style suite accommodates up to 2 guests and is great for short getaways.
Welcome to Ocean Breeze Suite B. This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.
The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities. There are pool towels in the suite for guests to use.
The studio suite is designed in the (hotel room style) with high end linens, love seat sofa coffee station, mini fridge, 2-seat dining bistro table, smart tv, luggage rack, jacuzzi tub and only steps from the beach.
Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
The suite has a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a mini fridge for a quick meal. The suite does not include a kitchen, bar sink, or separate living spaces.
Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furniture with 2 outdoor chairs and a patio table.
If you are looking for accommodate up to 4 people,
Suite (B) can be combined with the adjoining suite (A) which offers a 1-bedroom condo style suite with a king size bed. Suite A comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests. Please contact us for more details.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

Guests can use the stairs or the elevator to access the suite.
The parkade is free and located across from the building; there is no assigned parking. Oversize parking is located in the gravel parking lot at the entrance.
Guests staying at Pacific Shores resort have access to resort amenities such as pools, beach areas, and seasonal equipment (e.g., kayaks, paddleboards). Please note that these amenities are operated and managed directly by the resort. While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions.
We recommend checking with the resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The condo is privately owned and not associated with the resort. Please contact the Host during your stay for all inquiries.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the deck. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.
Please refrain from playing loud music on the deck to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring suites or the A-side.
No Pets Permitted.
Food & Drink:
Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.
Shellfish Policy:
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per strata regulations.
Pool Towels:
Pool towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply pool towels to guests.
Amenity Keycard:
The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards.
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas.
When checking-out, please remember to,
- Tidy suite, put all used towels in the tub.
- Please return the amenities key
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Apps and streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
