Welcome to the Pacific Escape Condo at the Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities: pool, hot tub, gym, shared BBQ, and fire tables. This 1 bedroom, ocean facing condo is family friendly and will accommodate up to 4 guests; there is a pull out couch (double) in the living room. The suite is set up to offer short or longer term stays. Nearby are beaches, hiking trails, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding, artisan markets, golf, and spas.

The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities. There are pool towels in the suite for guests to use.

This one bedroom suite is fitted with a king bed. The bathroom that doubles as an ensuite has his & her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The bathroom offers a privacy door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom.

Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

The living room features a fireplace, Smart TV, and pictures windows with gorgeous views of the ocean and the westcoast surroundings. The living room offers a pull-out that sleeps 2 people. Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furniture with 4 outdoor chairs and a patio table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with standard size appliances to allow guest to cook and dine in. Complimentary coffee and sugar are provided. Guest can enjoy their meals at the dining table that can double as a work space for those guests working mobile.

Guests are welcome to use the In-suite washer/dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided.

If you are looking for accommodate up to 6 people,
Suite (A) can be combined with the adjoining suite (B) which offers a 1 room hotel style suite with a king size bed, pull-out couch, and a full bathroom. Suite B comfortably sleeps 2 people. Please contact us for more details.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE *** If you plan to use the hide-a-bed in the living room, please message us so we know to leave out bedding for you.

The suite has a private entrance (234A)

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out

Guests can use the stairs or the elevator to access the suite

The parkade is free and located adjacent to the building; there is no assigned parking

The Pacific Oasis Vacation Suite is managed by a Vacation Home Property Management Company.

Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team through their booking channel messaging system.

Other details to note:

No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the condo or on the deck. Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas on the resort property.

No loud music on the deck.

Pool towels are provided in the unit, please ensure you bring them back from the pool.

******This is a pet friendly suite; 1 dog is allowed. The pet fee is $150

- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Smoking and/or Vaping is prohibited except in marked designated smoking areas.

When checking-out, please remember to,
- Tidy suite, load and run the dishwasher, and wash the throw blankets from the couch if they were used during your stay.
- Please return the amenities key
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Apps and streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.
