「Had some trouble with all the remotes working on and off for the fireplaces. Only had 3 towels for 4 people and the upstairs bed was broken but overall it was a great stay. It was a cute little place with a great deck. Very clean. 」

「The hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Otherwise, the house was very nicely kept and updated. The description needs to be updated to correct an online error that says 4 - bedroom. It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. Overall, we were well satisfied.」

「I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass...

「This was by far the cleanest and cutest VRBO I've stayed in. The yard was freshly mowed. The host was punctual on responding. We were able to check in 3 hrs early which was great!! The host even let us park our boat trailer in the driveway before check in. We took advantage of getting on the water early. Can't say enough nice things about this home. I would definitely recommend it and would come back again.」
