The space
Welcome to Red Roof Village, a private Idaho farmhouse retreat where 37+ guests can gather in comfort. The property features a 1300 sq ft celebration room, 12 person hot tub, cold plunge pond by a waterfall, tree house with a queen bed in it, zipline, in-ground trampoline, & more. Surrounded by fragrant mint fields, just 8 minutes from Nampa shopping. It's the perfect setting for retreats, reunions, weddings, or celebrations for groups of 50 or less.

* Has beds for 37 guests, + 7 foam pads, 1 crib, 7 couches
* 12 bedrooms total
* 2 of the private apartments onsite have queen beds, full bathroom, full kitchen equipped with all the basics, living room. They are about 50 feet from the farmhouse.
* 1 has 3 queen beds, full laundry bathroom kitchen, pool table, foosball table, ping-pong table, game table, 2 smart backlight TV's with over 850 vintage & modern games, cupboards of board & card games, custom lighting. Soft serve ice-cream machine is extra. :)
* 1300 square foot activity room, perfect for group dinners, celebrations, yoga, meetings.
* 6 fully equipped kitchens for group meal prep
* 12 person hot tub under a pavilion, between waterfall and 120 acres of mint to look at & smell
* Cold plunge pond (lined and chlorinated) with waterfall

Hosts on-site = faster help. We live on the property, which means real-time support if you need anything, from a maintenance issue to local recommendations, without the usual back-and-forth of a typical rental.

Events must end by 10pm. Please have all outdoor areas cleaned up by 10:30pm, including all indoor furniture and decorations that were used outside. We’ll assist with cleanup of audio equipment, chairs, and tables are returned to their proper places. As is industry standard for properties that host events.

Guest access
Designed for togetherness: the Red Roof Village was created with large gatherings in mind. Whether you're hosting a multi family reunion, wedding party, wellness retreat, or team event, guests have full run of the farmhouse, both apartments, the 1300 sq ft activity room, and all outdoor spaces (hot tub, cold plunge pond, fire pit, treehouse, and gathering grounds) making it easy to stay, cook, and gather together in one place.

Jeff & Jojo live on-site and are on hand to help with anything you need during your stay, from AV setup to answering questions about the property, or random items you need to borrow for your event. You'll love having their support. Otherwise they will be invisible.

Other things to note
House Rules:
• Hot tub closes at midnight.
• No smoking, vaping, hard liquor, or illegal drugs on property. Beer, wine, champaign allowed. Events need insured licensed mobile bar service to have alcohol at their event.
• Quiet hours observed (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) = no amplified sound.
• Maximum capacity: 50 guests
• Check-in: 4:00–9:00 PM | Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Parking for 18 vehicles. For events we will assist 1 of your guests in guiding your guest to maximize parking.

Security and Monitoring
• For insurance and guest safety, motion-activated security cameras are located outside near the driveway, front door, patio between buildings, and north patio.
• Noise-level monitoring is located outside on the northeast corner of the social space to help maintain neighborhood quiet hours. The decibel meter is visible from inside the social space in the upper-left corner of the garage door window, so guests can monitor how much sound carries outside.

Disabled parking, lit entry path, and step-free access always available.
Pricing Add-Ons
• Early check-in/late check out $50 per hour, MUST ask host about availability prior to arrival for early check-in, and night before for late check out.
• Adding Sunday $550 overnight.
• Events/celebrations = 8+ day use guests (weddings, showers, celebrations of life, parties, showers, seminars, etc.) and day-use guests require additional fees. Disclose your event type before booking and contact Host for pricing.
• Beverage dispensers $10 each. There are 3.
• Food warmers, $20 each. There are 3.
• Giant white event tent with oversized windows, $200 Help setting up and taking down.
• Gold or silver chargers $1 each.
