「Clean and nice stay」

「We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed. There are plenty of food options available below the hotel, with the added convenience of having meals delivered directly to the room. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and towel replenishment were promptly provided upon request. A couple of things to be aware of: the room can...

「Nothing special about the property but definetly one of the better ones in the area」

「Until fully staffed don’t go!! Gosh, where do I start!!! The staff are lovely but they don’t have enough. The breakfast was nice but lunch and dinner were served after 1 hr. The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. 」

「Better cleanliness desired, staff needs better training. Hearth & soul missing in the team」

「I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. Basic facilities that were promised were either missing or not working properly. When we raised concerns with the staff, the response was slow and careless. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at...

「高台にあって景色が良いです」

「Tres belle chambre. Propreté impeccable, tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Personnel très serviable et respectueux 」

「Fantastic service and food. Can’t beat that. Perfect for NRI. It is more like all inclusive resort where food and outings all are included. They have buses which take you to tourist places included in package ( verify by calling )」
