"Hotel is lovely. Room is nice size and comfortable. Location is also good. Not the greatest hotel for kids as it seemed mostly for adults or for business."

"Staff was incredibly helpful in answering questions about the local area and in holding our luggage before and after our reservation. All staff we encountered spoke English which is always helpful. Room was clean with only minor evidence of wear (older carpet and marks on walls). Beds were comfy, only complaint is there weren’t enough pillows (which is typical in Japan), but we made do and still slept really well. Little to no road noise, with an awesome bakery down the street. Would absolutely stay here again!"
