"눈이 많이 오던 날 임용고시 시험을 앞두고 이 호텔에 숙박하게 되었습니다. 폭설로 인해 택시가 안 잡혀 발동동 구르고 있었는데 호텔에서 직접 시험장까지 차량으로 데려다주셔서 큰 도움을 받았습니다. 감사해요 🥹❤️ 수험생 입장에서 정말 너무너무 감사한 마음이 컸습니다 🚗❄️ 직원분들 모두 정말 친절하게 응대해 주셨고, 시험을 앞두고 있다는 점을 이해해 주셔서 정말 짱이었어요. 과하지 않으면서도 필요한 부분을 세심하게 챙겨 주셔서 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다 🙂 객실은 깔끔하고 조용해 시험 전날 휴식하기에 좋았고, 침구와 난방 상태도 만족스러웠습니다. 주변에 스터디 카페 갈까 싶었는데 방 안에 책상이 있어서 방안에서도 공부할 수 있었어요! 전체적으로 시설 관리가 잘 되어 있어 불편함 없이 이용할 수 있었습니다. 중요한 날에 실질적인 도움을 받을 수 있었던 호텔이라 더 기억에 남습니다. 친절한 서비스와 안정적인 시설을 갖춘 곳으로, 상황에 맞는 배려가 인상 깊었던...

"The staff were very kind and spoke good English. The rooftop pool was a lot of fun. It was also very clean for an outdoor pool. Breakfast was good, but there is not a lot of choice - you choose Korean or Western style, and then you are served your food."

"전체적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있다는 느낌을 받았던 숙소였습니다. 특히 침대 컨디션이 좋아서 예민한 편인데도 불편함 없이 잘 잤어요. 조명 밝기 조절이 가능해서 분위기에 맞게 사용할 수 있는 점도 좋았고, 밤에 쉬기 편한 환경이라 재방문 생각 있습니다. 소소하지만 이런 디테일들이 만족도를 높여주는 것 같아요"

"My family of 5 stayed here for two night in May 2022. What a nice hotel! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to take of us in any way we needed. The location is convenient and walking distance to subway station and taxis and buses are plentiful. The room was clean and modern and comfortable. The pool was also a nice touch and my kids had lots of fun there. If we are ever in Gwangju again, this will be our first choice for hotel - recommend you consider it too! "
