「We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. 「Our stay was wonderful The rooms were spotless. I would highly recommend the place. The only issue was a glitch trying to get in to the place. We called tech support and they provided the phone number to the owner, she called us after a bit and was very apologetic about the mix-up with the entrance to the VRBO.
