Teacher's Lair: Oceanview, Short Walk to Beach
Teacher's Lair was built in the Old Nags Head cottage style of architecture and features gracious and comfortable rooms with all the modern conveniences. Grab your favorite books and sweet tea and enjoy the spacious covered deck or enjoy your morning coffee from the top level sun deck where you can relax, breathe in the salty air and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. The beautiful Nags Head beach is within walking distance at the E. Abalone Street public beach access, where you can enjoy a fun-filled day surfing, swimming, sunbathing, and searching for shells!
The Outer Banks has so many sites to see and experience, Jockey's Ridge State Par, the Wright Brother's Museum and Monument, several piers and lighthouses so make sure you check these off your to-do list. Enjoy our favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, and unique local shops to find some treasures to take home with you.
