The Space:
Situated right on the sandy shoreline, this beautiful oceanfront home offers uninterrupted, front-row views of the sea. The open-concept layout continues into the dining area, creating a warm, connected space perfect for sharing meals and making memories. Just beyond, the fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, whether you're preparing quick beach snacks or cooking up a full family feast.
Off the kitchen and living area, and through the laundry room, you ’ll find a sun deck, an ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon.
The home features three inviting bedrooms. The spacious king suite includes a Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and access to a half bathroom with Jack-and-Jill entry from the hallway. The queen bedroom also offers a Smart TV and a peaceful setting for rest and relaxation. For younger guests or larger groups, the bunk room is a fun and functional space, featuring a pyramid bunk bed and its own Smart TV. A full hallway bathroom is easily accessible to all.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Enjoy beautiful walks on woodsy paths or boardwalks, with plenty of local wildlife and greenery. A variety of shops, restaurants, and other excursions are available in addition to the natural environment.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
