Welcome to the newly constructed "Shorebreak" house, a stylish and clean beach house located in the heart of Nags Head. You'll be just steps from shopping, activities, and a short walk to a fantastic beach.
This 4 bedroom beach house has ample space to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the decks. Lounge by the saltwater pool or soak in the hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced, and dogs are welcome.
Your own private hot tub is open year-round to soak in, and the private pool is available and heated April - November (pool heat is free).
Unwind around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze (firewood provided).
Top floor:
- Bedroom 1 - king bed with en suite primary bathroom w/shower
- Bedroom 2 - king bed
- Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of double bunks (twin over twin)
- Hall bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity
Mid-level floor:
- Living room with 85 inch tv
- Dining table can accommodate 8 guests comfortably
- Additional seating outdoors and at kitchen island
- 4th bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Has private access off the back door that we call our "mother in-law" suite. Also has an in-room kitchenette.

The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee is automatically included in the nightly rate when you select that you are bringing pets.

The door code is provided at the check-in time on the day of arrival.
We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play with sheets are also kept at the house.
