「The location and comfort of this home is everything OBX. The spaces are comfortable, the amentities sufficient, the response form the owner was quick. The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property.」

「The space worked well for our family of 17. Kitchen is well stocked. An extra bath towel would have been nice but having a washer and dryer helped. The bunk beds are best for preteen and under so the 2 teens that slept on them were a little cramped. There were some boards on top deck that were loose and a few rusty nails on second deck but overall a great place. Loved the private walkway, pool, hot tub, and rec room. James responded quickly to all my texts. We left happy and content. 」

「Host was very responsive to questions. Jim was very responsive to what we needed. House layout was very nice, we loved the location. Pool area was great. Improvements: was not as clean as I would have liked, example kitchen counter was sticky, food stuck on plates, dirty glasses and silverware, pee on bottom of toilet, we had to do cleaning before we felt comfortable. Some of the furnishings were very old and really should be replaced (like the couch). I realize rental houses are well used, and...
