The room was suitable, except for the lack of toilet paper. The lady working the desk was rude and not accommodating. I requested extra towels and was told no that the room had 2 towels. The room sleeps 4 people.

Ash tray wasn't washed out the walls dirty, the air conditioning barely worked, the bathroom I had to re clean, one lamp didn't have a bulb and the other didn't have a switch, had a window shade as a table toper and looked dirty place was not cleaned well this place has really went down heal on things I was happy about was there were no bugs yet

The hotel looked nice on the outside and the people were friendly, but when I checked the mattress both the bed cover and the cover on the mattress had stains all over them. I was told that they do wash them, but these were set in stains and a few looked similar to old urine type stains. The others were brown and darker set in stains. I'm not sure what the cause of these were. There were also stains on the walls and the lamp had cotton coming out of the shade. The leather lazy boy was nice, the mattress was soft and comfortable before I saw the stains. My comfort level with it changed after that. Also the phone did not work at all, but I was able to go out to the front desk to alert them to the state of the bed clothes. Sadly, nothing could be changed due to the time at night. I spoke to the night person who was apologizing, but when they called the off site manager once they refused to refund me and would only offer another room. I left. This morning I went to talk with the hotel owner to express my desire for a refund and the conditions of the room. The Indian lady wagged her finger in my face and told me that were fun after 15 minutes and went to the back room and when I proceed to Speak to her politely about my concerns, she proceeded to ignore me and make herself as far away from me as possible. I would firmly not recommend staying here to anybody and if they do not correct these issues for the future it might be best if this place closes up.

The American Motel is staffed by Indians from India , grandma and I’m thinking she’s not willing to learn English. It that part of the state they could hire several young ladies to man the front desk and improve thing tremendously. Ice machine was not working . Contract for room unreadable , supplies for room were not replenished during 3day stay ie plastic cups or coffee cups. The overall condition of the room was clean the appearance of the grounds and building were dated , but no real complaints

Rude front desk lady

If there was a star for nightmare id choose it!! the lady at the front desk was yelling at me over other costumers about parking on the side "in a parking place" as soon as i walked in the door yelling n hollering "no park on side i tell you font park on side" again i had just arrived to check in and other costomers where also at the front desk in front of me. I immediately told her to cancel the reservation and i would never book with them again!!! That was absolutely uncalled for and disgustingly rude!!! I see now why the parking lot was empty with only 2 cars, because that front desk lady who should be fired is running everyone off! Definitely wont get my business again and im a traveling costomer so probably would have stayed numerous times until i was greated that way!

The room was wore down dirt n grim on the walls above the shower floor wasnt swept towel wasnt clean room was hot air conditioner is out of date barely blew cold air room stayed hot n humid all night front desked called to ask if i was checking out 3 hours before check out time no ice anywhere on the property machines been broke over a year they said .....definitely needs a major upgrade especially for the price ive stayed in 70 dollar a night rooms that where alot better

This is the third time that I stayed at this location. I was disappointed with the maintenance in the room and bathroom. Housekeeping came in before 7 o’clock one morning while I was still in bed - without knocking. I was eating breakfast and she turned off the lights, but I was sitting there. The front desk staff was very nice as usual and the bed is very comfortable and clean.

Poor hotel

Room was not the greatest! Furniture was in bad shape. You get what u pay for. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

This property was dirty. There was blood stains on matress and mold on shower curtains. The stains in the bathroom and on the door were disgusting. No wifi code. My biggest gripe was she charged 60.00 pet fee. Like no had spent more than 15 minutes cleaning that room ...ever. What was going to do with the pet fee. Certainly not waste that money on cleaning the room.
